It is rightly said that ‘prevention is better than cure’ hence creating awareness amongst students to live healthy life and not becoming a prey to substance addiction is right approach. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, intelligence officer from narcotics control bureau, government of India, highlighted that journey of any addiction begins with ‘use’ and develops into ‘abuse’ and very quickly becoming an addiction.
