Akash Yadav won the second prize in Computer Wizard Category. Prakhar Agarwal also won the second prize in Mathletes Category. In total CMS Kanpur Road Campus won 2 seconds and 3 consolation prizes in COFAS.

Exceptional Gems Of CMS

This year CMS Kanpur Road Branch produced 26 toppers in the All India Top 10 Ranks. 392 students appeared in the ISC Board Examinations out of which not even a single child scored a Second Division, also 175 students got 90% and above.

Sakshi Pradyumna, the All India topper scored 99.50%.


Sanjeevani Hazra, the All India Rank Second scored 99.25%. Saumya Shikhar Mishra and Utkarsh Nigam scored 99% and got the All India Rank Third.


This year 471 students appeared for the ICSE Board Examination out of which not even a single child scored a Second Division.CMS Kanpur Road produced 2 students in the All India Top 10 Ranks.

Sakshi Pradyumn, Gold Awardee IAYP, Felicitated

Sakshi Pradyumn, student of 2017-2018 batch of CMS was conferred the gold award this year in Delhi by the British ambassador in India. On the 19th of july, he was felicitated in the school auditorium by the principal Dr. Mrs Vineeta Kamran and the vice principal Mrs. Rupam Saluja. Before that Sakshi spoke about the programme. He feels that this is more about internationalism, i.e. not just meeting with people worldwide but connecting to them by learning from them. Furthermore, he told us about his meeting with the regional IAYP head and how he was very inspired, especially when he said that the youth is the motivated, motivator and motivation. He also threw light on the IAYP’s principle to engage, equip and encourage. Sakshi had posted a letter to the prime minister thanking him for writing ‘Exam Warriors’. The prime Minister surprised him by tweeting a snap of his letter. The program ended with Sakshi being awarded national computer Olympiad, silver medal (cash prize: Rs. 2500), science Olympiad, zonal rank 7th and award for zonal excellence, 128th internationational rank.


Zonal Best Teacher

Mr. Ajay Bhatia, a commerce teacher was honoured as the zonal best teacher with a cash award of Rs. 5000.


Study Abroad Counselling During Assembly

Ms. Smriti Singh, counsellor Gomti Nagar branch and Mr. Deepankar, Study Abroad Counsellor, MINDLER, an institute that facilitates Study Abroad Applications of students addressed the students during the assembly time on 14th September, 2018. They enlightened the students on the benefits of studying in the reputed universities of the world , the application procedure and other relevant details including scholarships e.t.c.


National Level Mathematics Olympiad

Aryavardhan Singh Rathour, a rising star of class X of Kanpur Road Campus won 3rd position at state level competition organised by Competition Promotion Society (CPS) on 7th February, 2018. He was awarded a wrist watch and a certificate.


International Hindi Olympiad

Jyotiraditya Pandey and Arnav Mishra, the class IX students, of CMS Kanpur Road Campus have been awarded by the Humming Bird Education (P) Ltd., a wrist watch and a gold medal for securing sixth position at National Level Hindi Olympiad. Tanya Chaudhary also won a gold medal in this olympiad. These talented students of CMS have brought laurels for Kanpur Road Campus by dint of their hard work and firm determination.


Rakshit wins IIT Schloarship

Rakshit Gupta is one of the shining stars of CMS who has achieved Rank 1 with 99.92% percentile in the Indian Intelligence Test organised by Jagran group. The test was organised on 8th December, 2017 and more than 50 thousand students participated across India. He was the one to reach the top by dint of hard work and untiring effort and was awarded a scholarship of Rs.24000/-.

CMS Kanpur Road Students Shine In Indian Intelligence Test

Rakshit Gupta of class XJ secure AIR 1 in the prestigious INDIAN INTELLIGENCE TEST conducted by DAINIK JAGRAN on 10th December 2017 in which as many as 65000 students participated. The second and third positions were bagged by Kushagra Verma (XII H) and Parjanya Shukla (XII H) respectively. The students along with their parents and grandparents were felicitated on 8th May 2018 at the WUCC Kanpur road during the morning assembly and were handed over cheques of Rs 24000, 12000 and 6000 respectively by the newspaper representative Mr Salman.

Dr (Mrs) Vineeta Kamran, Principal, CMS, Kanpur Road Campus and well-known quality expert has been elected President of Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC). Dr Kamran was unanimously elected by more than 1500 Principals and educators of all ISC and ISCE schools of India during the Golden Jubilee 60th Annual Conference of ASISC at Jaipur. This is the 3rd time when Dr Kamran has been elected as the President of ASISC. City Montessori School Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi praised Dr Kamran's glorious achievement and said that her selection for this prestigious post was a matter of pride for CMS.

Dr (Mrs) Vineeta Kamran, Principal of CMS, Kanpur Road Campus and well-known quality expert has been nominated the member of the Academic Committee of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. SYED ALI GOT SELECTED FOR APPLE’S iOS TRAINING AT APPLE’S HQ

Syed Ali Ahmed of CMS Kanpur Road Campus got selected at Apple. He received training (from 5th July - 10th July) for development of iOS (Apple's iPhone & iPad Operating System) with Apple's employees. He was invited to the Apple's Research & Development Headquarters of India in Bangalore. Apple paid all the expenses on his behalf including the travel expenses, lodging and fooding.

Teachers’ Day

Teachers’ Day was celebrated with gaiety and fervor on 05th September, 2017 in the auditorium in the presence of honorable Principal Ma'am, Vice Principal Ma'am, Proctor Ma'am, Senior Coordinator Ma'am, Incharge Ma'am, Sub Incharge Ma'am and all the respected teachers of the campus.

The event started with the cake cutting. On this occasion teachers were felicitated for their accomplishments and meritorious services

  • Mrs Shakuntla Singh (ISC) , Hindi teacher was declared the best Hindi teacher for the year 2016_2017 for her unique achievement. All the students of class XII secured the Indian Branch Highest Aggregate of 84.02 % marks in ISC Board Examination 2017.
  • The teachers of the ISC Section were felicitated for all the 363 students securing first division for the 4th consecutive year.
  • Teachers under whose guardianship students secured more than 90% in the Board Examination 2017 were also honored.
  • Kallol Kumar Mishra, English teacher, ISC was specially felicitated for Sunamya Gupta, under whose Guardianship the child’s ranking was 3rd in Lucknow.
  • The contribution of Mrs Sunita Bhaudria and Ms Medita Kumar towards different events events in the session 2017 was also acknowledged.
  • Teachers who prepared the students for various International Events were given certificates of appreciation along with those teachers who did not avail even a single day leave in the academic session 2016_2017.

Mr Sunil Kumar Gupta regaled the audience with his melodious voice. In her address to the teachers, the branch Principal appreciated the dedicated teachers of the campus and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to each one of them. She also thanked Dr. (Mr.) Jagadish Gandhi





CLASS IX STUDENT SECURES 1ST POSITION IN WIZ NATIONAL SPELL BEE

Anjali Tiwari of class 9 k brought laurels to the school by securing the first position in the WIZ National Spell Bee inter school competition held at St Francis College, Lucknow. She received a cash prize of Rs 1000 and a medal.

ISC RESULTS

373 Students appeared for ISC Examination 2017 and all of them secured Ist division marks . Sunamya Gupta of class 12P topped the branch securing 98.75 percent (Eng+best 4 subjects) in ISC Examination 2017. She got the 3rd rank in the Inter Branch Merit list , 4th rank in the All India merit list and the 3rd rank in the state merit list of Schools affiliated to CISCE.


STUDENTS EXCEL IN SCIENTOON CONTEST

Manni Dwivedi of class 10 J and Utkarsh Pathak of class 11 E won the coveted first prize in the SCIENTOON contest organised by Swayam Siddha on 5 th and 6th August 2017 at Regional Science City Auditorium, Aliganj, Lucknow.They made a scientoon on water pollution in the Gomti river.Mrs Jyoti Rai, Biology teacher, prepared the students.


Sunamya Gupta of class 12P topped the branch securing 98.75 percent (Eng+best 4 subjects) in ISC Examination 2017. She got the3 rd rank in the Inter Branch Merit list , 4th rank in the All India merit list and the 3rd rank in the state merit list of Schools affiliated to CISCE.She was felicitated by the Uttar Pradesh Government with the Rani Laxmi Bai Medhavi Chhatra Puraskar .She received an amount of Rs 100000 and a Hitech Tablet from the Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath . Her father was honoured with a Pagdi and her mother with a shawl. She also qualified the JEE Advanced , UPSEE , BITS and VIT . She is also a recipient of the UPSTSE Scholarship .


CLASS 12 STUDENT SECURES AIR1

Sakshi Pradyumn of class 12P brought laurels to the school by securing All India rank 1 in the INDIAN INTELLIGENCE TEST SEASON 4 conducted by Dainik Jagran during April-May 2017.He received a cash award of Rs 24000 in a ceremony held at WUCC on 11th August 2017.


NAVYA BRINGS LAURELS TO SCHOOL

Navya Srivastava of class 11P1 secured the 10th state rank in the Indian Talent English Olympiad (level 2). She received a cheque of Rs 700. The coordinator was ICSE teacher Mr Shivam Shukla.


CMS KANPUR ROAD JUNIOR SECTION CHILDREN SHINE IN THE INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIAD FOR HINDI

In the Humming Bird International Olympiad for Hindi, CMS Kanpur Road, Junior Section ( of class 8 ) made us all proud as two students : Sneha Singh and Shashwat Kshatriya won the Gold medals, Palak Baranwal and Jeevanshi Shukla won the Silver medals , and Uttam Singh won the Bronze Medal. The Olympiad coordinator Dr. (Mrs.) Shail Pandey was awarded the Education Excellence Award for imparting Excellence in Education and producing Results in International Olympiad as the Most Innovative and Excellent Guide.


CMS KANPUR ROAD JUNIOR SECTION BAGS CHAMPIONS OF CHAMPION TROPHY IN BRAIN ‘O’ BRAIN CONTEST

Ishita Singh of 8 H made the CMS JUNIOR SECTION proud by winning the Champion of Champions trophy in Brain ‘O’ Brain contest at the District level. In the same competition Khwahish Bhatia of 7 B, Shourya wardhan of 7 C and Harsimran Kaur of 7 J won the Gold Medals while Aditi Singh of 8 B won the Silver medal

Our talented students made us proud by their excellent performances in BrainoBrain Championship held in the month of April organized by BRAINOBRAIN.

Miss Sadaf Naaz of Class V-N won the Champions Trophy at District Level Competition 2017. She received a Gold Medal for being a State Competition topper. She is selected for National Level Competition. We wish her all the best for the same.

Miss Swastika Singh of Class V-N also received a Gold Medal for being District Competition topper.

PARTICIPATION OF SHIVANSH FROM PRIMARY SECTION IN’ BAL KAVI SAMMELAN’

Shivansh Pratap Singh of class IV H , Kanpur Road Campus ,participated in “BAL KAVI SAMMELAN” organised by Dr Sheela Pandey which was held at Moti Mahal Lawn on 9th April,2017. He composed a Hindi poem on the topic ‘My School’.The poem was composed on the spot.He expressed his admiration and gratitude towards his school through this poem. His poem was appreciated a lot by eminent personalities like Dr Archana Prasad and Mr Surya Kumar , a story writer and poet of humorous poems.Shivansh was awarded books and a certificate for his commendable effort.
