City Montessori School United World Campus organized virtual SCIFARI: A Journey to SciLand, 1st Inter Campus Science Model Competition on Feb 9, 2022 to enhance the oratory skills along with the imaginative and creative skills of the students.

Master Archit Singh of class V-B won 2nd Prize for making a working model on Eco-home with the theme “Leave the world a little better than we found it”.

Storytelling Competition

Montford Inter College, Lucknow organized Online Inter-school competition- Lumiere'21. They organized various competitions under various categories to enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, oratory, creative and imaginary skills. Our student participated in it with great enthusiasm.

Ms. Zoya Aaira of class III-B who won 1st prize in Fabulists Bower an Inter-school story telling competition enhancing her oratory skills, voice modulation and creativity with moral ethics.

Success of Kids organized National Level Christmas Carnival Competition-2021. It gave a wonderful platform to the students to showcase their talents in different competitions.

Ms. Vritika Soni of class IV-C who won a Silver Medal in Poem recitation enhancing her oratory skills.

Taekwondo

The ability to protect oneself physically from harm is a basic human right that should be accessible to everyone, including children. Self-defense is an often-overlooked skill in today’s society, but it is of utmost importance. Taekwondo a form of Korean Martial art teaches self-defense and much more. SUBAK - 1st Inter-School Taekwondo Championship 2021 was organized by CMS Station Road Campus

It gives a wonderful platform to the student to showcase her talent. Our student Amrisha Tiwari of class VII-B has participated in this competition and won Bronze Medals in 59+KG weight category. It gives me immense pride to share the pleasure of achievement of her.

Self-defense not only allows children to tangibly defend themselves against physical attacks, but it also sparks various benefits to them in everyday life. Important values and principles can be learned, such as hard work, dedication, and perseverance, as well as the importance of maintaining personal relationships.

“Honour Roll” award by TOI

Times of India NIE Web Edition regularly presents the “Honour Roll” award to students for their active participation on the website every month, out of which the topper from the Gold category across India earns the status of the “Star Achiever of the month”. Our students actively participated in different activities on the website with great enthusiasm under the guidance of our Librarian, Ms. Shagufta Khan who motivated and encouraged students to enroll themselves on the TOI NIE edition website and showcase their wonderful work.

It gives me immense pride to share the pleasure of the achievement of my student, Ms. Alisha Tripathi of class VIII who was the topper of the Gold award category and was the Star Achiever for the month of June 2021. She has been awarded a Lenovo Tablet from TOI sponsored by BYJU’S for her active participation on the website of TOI students’ edition. She brought laurels to the branch enhancing her oratory and creative skills along with critical thinking.

Flying Petals organized Festive Season Contest 2021 at the national level. It gave a wonderful platform to the students to showcase their talents in different competitions.

Chaturanga 2021

CMS UPIL Rajendra Nagar Campus I organized Chaturanga 2021 Inter-branch Chess Championship to enhance students’ visualization, calculation, tactics, evaluation/analysis, strategy, openings and endgames skills. Our students participated in it with great enthusiasm.

It gives me immense pride to share the pleasure of the achievement of my student Ms. Riddhima Nigam of class VII-B who won Gold Medal in Fide Master Junior Girls category whereas CMS Aliganj Campus II was declared as the Overall Runner up in the championship.

PRAYAG Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad conducted Indian Classical Vocal exam for the students enhancing their auditorial and rhythmic skills. Our students participated in it with great enthusiasm.

It gives me immense pride to share the pleasure of the success of my students namely Ms. Shreya Shrivastava, Ms. Anushka, Ms. Avnika Jain and Master Aviral Tripathi who achieved 1st division (2 students with Distinction in Practical) in the first year.

BBB- ECLAT organized a Spelling contest virtually for different grades to integrate imagination, creativity, intelligence and the arts to develop children’s mental, physical and psychological wellbeing. Our student participated in it with great enthusiasm.

It gives me immense pride to share the pleasure of the achievement of my student Ms. Vachi Singh of class I-B who won 2nd position and an Amazon gift voucher of Rs. 500/- in SPELL IT RIGHT CONTEST IN CATEGORY GRADE-1 enhancing her oratory, listening, analytical and logical skills.

Centre for Teacher Accreditation Certificate (CENTA)

“The capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill, the willingness to learn is a choice.”

CENTA: Centre for Teacher Accreditation Certificate. It is making teaching an aspirational profession by assessing and certifying the competencies of teachers. Few teachers from our campus participated in CENTA.

It is a matter of great pride and happiness that our teacher Ms. Rachna Bansal, who participated in CENTA: An international competition for teachers have been awarded a Digital badge with CENTA Teaching Quotient (TQ) and scored 64 for Primary School Maths and brought laurels to the branch.

We congratulate her on this wonderful achievement and wish her all the success in the future with the hope that her vast knowledge and teaching skills will benefit the students.
