Interclass Paper Folding
A crunchy paper takes the shape, as one wish to, and therefore it catches and holds a child’s attention beautifully. Keeping this thing in mind, we organized an inter-class paper folding activity on July 11, 2019, in the Pre Primary section of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I.
The children were given newspaper and were shown how to make various shapes like boat, dog and cat. They were also taught to make paper stars, fishes and ice creams.
All these activities fascinated the children and made them inquisitive and ecstatic. They were motivated to try it out themselves and some of them really amazed the teachers by making an exact replica of what they were taught.
It was indeed a learning experience for the teachers as well as for the children.
