  • Prashasti Singh of class V was awarded the All Rounder prize for her excellent performance in Collage making (1st prize), Poster making (1st Prize) and poetry writing (consolation) at the Young Minds Speak event organized by Ehsaas.

  • Saiyam Srivastava of class II secured the first position in UP State U7 Chess Championship and also represented at the National level at Bangalore.

  • In the Hindi Antyakshri Pratiyogita organized by T. D. Girls Inter College, Kavya Makhija and Aarohi Srivastava won the Consolation Prizes.

  • Interschool competition called KIDZ BONANAZA held at CMS Station road campus, our branch Students won 1st prize in five competition including Paper Magic, Createk, Twist and turn, Rib Tickler and Hale and Hearty along with 2nd and 3rd prizes in Dance and Wonderland competition.

  • Nine students from our campus participated in Techniche - 2018 held at IIT Guwahati. These students won 1st prize for two events namely Animate and Astrphyesta. Our team also bagged the AI workshop and general championship at the annual technology event of the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Guwahati held from 30th August to 3rd September. Approximately 107 teams attended it from the most prestigious school and colleges cross-country. The names of the students are Aman Kumar Singh, Vivaan Gupta, Abdul Jawad Khan, Rudransh Goyal, Prakhar, Yash Aggarwal, Lalit Krishna Yadav, Yajat Pathak and Aamish Ahmed Beg. They were also invited to the tech fest of IIT- Roorkee in February 2020. Mr Athar Qureshi headed the team for this event.

  • Preeti Mukherjee of class VI stood 2nd in the Drawing competiton in the category of Billboard age group 9-12 years and won the most popular award in the Tata Young Expressions competiton 2018.She was felicitated by the Tata Group Chairman, Mr. Natarajan Chandrashekaran and by Mr Banamali Agarwal, President Infrastucture Tata Aerospace & Defence at NCPA, Tata Theatre, Mumbai on 29th July, 2018 at the 5th Literary Fest organized by the Quality Assurance and Innovation Department, Head Office, CMS, Utkasrsha of class V won the 1st Prize in Group Discussion, students of class III won the 3rd prize in Group Elocution, students of class IV won the 2nd prize in Group Elocution and students of class V won the 3rd prize in Group Elocution.

  • In Constantia 2018 organized by La Martiniere College from 23rd to 27th October, 2018 the winners are:

    • Vishesh Verma of class XI A won third prize in Monoacting

    • Smriti Gupta of class X D won third prize in Shabd Paanditya

  • In Comfest 2018 organized by Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur from 25th to 28th October, 2018 the winner is:

    • Yajat Pathak of class IX won third prize in Pandora's Box and also third prize in the Third Front.

  • Dainik Jagaran under its flagship program, Jagran Sanskarshala organized an Inter School Debate Competition on 29th and 30th October, 2018 in which the team of Adwant Mishra, Sakshi Sachan and Manvendra Singh won the best team award and bagged the 1st Position.

  • A team of six students including Devansh Daish, Siddharth Yadav, Ayush Tiwari, Devansh Rai, Prakhar Verma and Aditi Agarwal participated in the Zonal round of Techfest 2018 organized by IIT Bombay at heir campus. On the basis of the tremendous performance of the team, they received a wildcard entry for the final round at Ahmdebad from 14th December to 16th December, 2018.

  • In Robotex 2018, India’s Biggest Robotics Festival held at Ahmedabad from 20th to 21st October, the team from our branch won the 1st prize in SUMO 3kg category along with Juges’s Special Appreciation award and the only team from this category to qualify for the International Level to be held in Tallin,Estonia, Europe on 28th November, 2018. The name of the students are Ayush Tiwari, Siddharth Yadav, Devansh Darsh, Chaitali Biswas, Devansh Rai, Aditi Agarwal, Prakhar Verma and Yuvraj Singh. Siddharth Yadav was also invited to Europe to get free 20 days robotics training by international trainers.

  • In Razzmatazz, the Inter School Festival organized by Seth Anandram Jaipuria School on 11th to 12th October, 2018 the winners are:
    • Mohd Saad Khan of class VIII B won the 2nd prize in Abs Art, one of the Global Events of the competition.

    • Arpit Singh Baghha of class VIII B won the 2nd prize in Razz Tech-Scratch: Code to learn.

    • Yuvraj Singh of Nursery won the 2nd Prize in Fancy Dress Competition.

    • Students of K.G. won the 1st Prize in Western Dance Competition.

  • Arjita Srivastava of class VIII won the 2nd prize at the 5th Art competition organized by the Study Hall Center for Learning.

  • Shreyasnsh Singh, Raghvendra, Aryaman, Kartik, Aditi Vishesh, Pranit Khushi of class 11 won the first prize in Innovation organized by St. Francis College from 29th October to 31st October, 2018 in their annual fest, Expression 2018.

  • A 17 member delegation from the branch went on an educational trip to the Kennedy Space Center (NASA) Florida, USA and to celebrate 4th International Day of Yoga at the United Nations Headquarter. The team was headed by Mrs. Sharmila Dasgupta and Mr. Avneesh Srivastava.

  • The student members of the team comprised Aditya Jaiswal, Angira Tripathi, Aryashi Tripathi, Anshika Dwivedi, Devansh Dwivedi, Aditya Sahu, Shreya Agarwal , Ujjwal Singh, Vaishvi Vaish, Tanya Samyk, Pranay Agawal, Pankhudi Agarwal, Devesh Pratap Singh, Devyash Sekera and Aryaki Sekera.

  • A major International Achievement was brought in by our branch Robotics team named “Ashva” comprising of 3 student members, Astik Saluja, Utkasrsh Singh and Kartik Khanna along with their leader Siddique Alam Khan which won the Judges Discretionary Prize along with $500 cash award for winning the first prize in the video competition at the International Autonomous Robotics Racing Competition held at University of Waterloo, Canada.

  • A 5 member delegation comprising of students namely Ritika Pradhan, Ananya Singh, Ishant Singh and Rishi R. Bhadauria led by their teacher Ms. Rashmi Asthana attended the month long International Children’s Summer Village Camp held in Mainz-Wiesbaden, Germany from 29th June, 2018 to 26th July, 2018.

Pre-Primary won the Magic Lamp Again

And the legacy continues, 6th time in a row, Double hat trick, time to celebrate. The children of the Pre Primary Section of Gomti Nagar Campus I bagged the first prize in ENTETE (Fantasy land) organized by LaMartiniere Girls College. The theme was ‘Disney land’. Our little Disney folks mesmerized everyone with their excellent performance. The duo of Genie and Aladdin took the stage and spread their charm everywhere. They narrated and enacted the age old folk tale of Arabian Night to the perfection.


Saevus Eco Achievers Olympiad

Tarushi Gupta of class 9th National Topper in Saevus Eco Achievers Olympiad got 8th position. She received trophy, Gold medal and Certificate.


Interfaith Harmony

At the Interfaith Harmony Week held on 4th and 5th February, 2019 organized by CMS, Asharfabad Campus, Samaira Parveen of class VI I won 1st Prize in Declamation.

Frank Anthony Memorial All India Inter School Debate Competition 2017

The Frank Anthony Memorial All India Inter School Debate Competition (Junior Group), Preliminary Stage( Stage 1) conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations,New Delhi was hosted by La Martiniere College, Lucknow on 17th July,2017.Sakshi Sachan of class IX B won the 1st Runner Prize(For the motion) and along with Adhwant Mishra of class IX B both won the 1st Runner up Team in the competition.

Sakshi will now represent Zone-A in the Regional Round.


CMS student is national topper at UCO-2016

Congratulations to Solangi Mohanty for being National topper at Unified Cyber Olympiad 2016.It is a matter of great honour and pride for all of us at CMS that Solangi Mohanty from class VII participated in the Unified Cyber Olympiad 2016 (UCO-2016) and emerged as the National Topper.

It is a curriculum based competitive contest conducted by Unified Council. The council invites students with an aim to make them aware with the latest changes and developments in the field of Computer Science and Technology.

Thousands of students participated in the examination with full enthusiasm to prove their skills and indepth knowledge. These participants took part after qualifying zonal and state level examinations. Solangi Mohanty, after being zonal and State topper, gave her hundred per cent and emerged as national topper and national achiever on the basis her of speed and accuracy.

Please congratulate Solangi Mohanty once again along with her computer teacher for emerging as the national topper at UCO 2016 making her school and percent proud.
