EVS Quiz

Hurain, Yastika and Muskaan of Class VII F organized an EVS quiz in a section of Class I to Class V to test the knowledge of the students about the environment. Many other activities like plastic bottle recycling were organized by the Eco Club members under the able guidance of Mr Kailash Keswani, the environment coordinator of CMS Aliganj I. On the occasion of World Environment Day 2019, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change organised a drawing and painting competition on the topic impact of Air Pollution and Control Measures'. Ten students from Aliganj Campus I participated in the event held at Kendriya Bhavan Sector-H Aliganj, Lucknow. Anaika Dixit of VII-F and Anushree Gupta of VII-B in the age group 8-12 years bagged the second and third prize respectively. Aradhya Dixit of IX-C bagged the third prize in the 13 and above age group. Participation certificates were also awarded to all the students.

World Environment Day

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2019, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change organised a drawing and painting competition on the topic impact of Air Pollution and Control Measures'. Drawing and Face painting competition

On the occasion of the importance of wildlife, 28 students participated in the drawing and face painting competition held at Kukrail Reserve Forest between 1st October to 7th October 2019. Sakshi Saxena and Ruchika Srivastava of class 8th Dbagged the first and second prize respectively in the drawing competition and Anushree and her partner Aruja Tripathi of class 8H bagged the third prize inface painting competition under the able guidance of Mr Kailash Keswani, the Environment Coordinator. 

Environment Awareness Event

Eight students participated in the Environment Awareness Event, a unique quiz contest organized by "Swayam Siddha" along with the Department of Environment, Government of UP at Urdu Academy Gomti Nagar on 23rd August 2019 where Aarush Singh and Vinayak Tripathi of class 9 bagged the 3rd prize and Piyush and Vedant were awarded the best participating students. They all were honoured by Dr Vikram Singh, ex D.G.P of U.P and Mr V.N. Garg, an ex I.A.S officer.
