Lucknow, 11 September: Devansh Bansal, student of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road campus, has brought laurels to CMS, by emerging as the Lucknow topper in JEE Advanced, with All India Rank (AIR) 224. Rohan Chaturvedi of CMS, Rajendra Nagar campus I stood close, with AIR 266. In a matter of pride for the city, a total of 55 students from City Montessori School qualified the JEE Advanced 2022, securing their place in some of the best engineering institutions of the country. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Advanced) is a gateway for admission to top engineering institutions in the country.

An extraordinary student, Devansh completed his class 12 (ISC) from CMS Kanpur Road campus with 98.75% marks in 2022. Clearing the prestigious engineering entrance in his first attempt, Devansh nurtured an interest in engineering from the very beginning, following in the footsteps of his brother, who is currently pursuing engineering from IIT-BHU. "My teachers in CMS strongly supported me in pursuing my dream, and taught me to strike a balance between preparation for the board exams and engineering entrance. I now want to pursue Computer Science engineering at IIT Delhi or IIT Kanpur", he said in an informal chat.

Rohan Chaturvedi of CMS Rajendra Nagar campus I, who completed his Class XII (ISC) with 98.75% marks, was the city topper in IIT Mains 2022. He too wants to pursue engineering in Computer Science and make a career in the area of Artificial Intelligence.
