Lucknow, 7 December : The three-day ISRO Space Exhibition "Vikram Sarabhai Space Science Exhibition" was inaugurated today at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. The event was graced by the presence of dignitaries and scientists, including Shri Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of UP, Mr Nilesh M. Desai, Director, SAC/ISRO Ahmedabad, and Mr N.J. Bhatt, Head, VSSE, Ahmedabad.

CMS students presented a mesmerizing program with educational-cultural items that left the audience enthralled. The exhibition is being organized by City Montessori School, CMS Kanpur Road Campus, in collaboration with the Space Application Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad. Over 10,000 students from India and abroad are expected to attend the exhibition.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Shri Brajesh Pathak said that the exhibition is immensely useful for developing a scientific approach and global viewpoint among students. Mr Nilesh M. Desai encouraged students to enhance their knowledge about space and its mysteries. Mr N.J. Bhatt expressed his delight at the enthusiasm shown by students, parents, and teachers at the exhibition.

CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that the exhibition is not only for entertainment but also reveals the mysteries of the universe to students and enhances their knowledge of astronomy and recent developments in the field. CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, called the exhibition a wonderful initiative to make the public aware of India's top scientific achievements.
