World Unity Convention Centre at CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Lucknow, India
 

The Conference will be held at World Unity Convention Centre, which is part of a larger complex of CMS GIRLS Degree College, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. This five-storied building has its own kitchen, bedrooms with all modern amenities, elevator, swimming pool, conference halls, and an auditorium to accommodate 3000 persons, laundry, communication center and Internet cafe. The school is situated in the western part of Lucknow. It is located about 6 km from the Lucknow Railway Station (also called Charbagh Railway Station) and about 3 kms from Lucknow Airport (also called Lucknow Amausi Airport).

Lodging & Boarding Facilities
  • The contestants will be provided free board and lodging at CMS International Guest House, CMS Kanpur Road, Lucknow.
  • During their stay the contestants will be served a variety of cuisine both Indian and continental.
  • A guide will be attached to each team. Contestants are advised not to leave the premises without their guides.
  • A doctor will visit the venue daily.
  • A help desk will be at the venue to assist the teams on all days. Telephone and e-mail facilities on payment are available for the delegates at the venue.
  • The weather in Lucknow in October is slightly warm with moderate rain. The contestants can bring along their raincoats. Average temperature is assumed between 25°- 30° C.
