Participation in WIZMIC 2013 is by invitation. Each invited country is entitled to send 4 teams or more. A team will consist of a Leader, a Deputy Leader & four Contestants. |

Contestants should have enrolment at elementary school in academic year 2013 and must have been born on or after 21st October 1999. |

Participating teams are responsible for their own travelling expenses to and from Lucknow. |

The organizing committee of WIZMIC 2013 will be happy to provide hospitality, free of cost to all outstation participants. This includes meals, accommodation and transport from and to the railway station / airport at Lucknow. |

Each participating country should send an official acceptance, the names of the team leader, deputy leader and team members by 30th July 2013. Intimation regarding the flight arrangement should also reach the committee by 10th October 2013. |
