1. This festival is organized by post.

2. The events are categorized into 3 groups A,B and C

Groups Age
A : 10 – 12 years
B : 13 – 15 years
C : 16 – 18 years

3. There is no restriction on the number of the entries that can be sent by an individual/school in any of the events.

4. All entries must be verified as original by the Head of the institution in which the participant(s) is studying.

5. The confirmation of the participation must reach the Principal by 5th November 2012 on the accompanying form and the entries must reach the Principal latest by 25th November 2012.

6. The entries must clearly bear the full name of the participants, the events, the group, the name of the school and the city on the reverse side of the format enclosed with the brochure.

7. The entries reaching late will be issued participation certificates, but will not be considered for the participation.

8. The slogan/caption should be clearly written in front of the entry for Greeting Galore, Fantasies, Photo Gallery, Kaleidoscopic Hues, AD-Vision.

9. All the entries for the Fantasies, Photo Gallary, Kaleidoscopic Hues, AD-Vision Competition must be edged with black tape against a white background.

10. It is not necessary for a team or an individual to participate in all the events.

11. The entries must reach the Principal of the International SAARC Youth Festival through the Principal of the participating institution with a covering letter including the details of all entries, the class and the date of birth of all participants.

12. The entries once submitted will not be returned.

13. The organizers will in no way be held responsible for any damage to the entries, the participation certificate or the trophies in transit or postal delay.

14. The Judge's decision will be final.

15. The entries which do not conform to the rules specified for each competition will be disqualified.

16. Kindly address all correspondence related to International SAARC Youth festival 2013 to the under mentioned address.

17. No correspondence will be entertained regarding irregularities or cancellation of entries.
