Rules and
Regulations |

|
- This festival is organized by post.
- The events are categorized into 3 groups A, B and C
Age limit for the Groups
A: 10 to 12 years
B: 13 to 15 years
C: 16 to 18 years
- Every participating school can send upto 3 entries per category in all the events.
- Entries that do not conform to the rules for each contest will be disqualified.
- All entries should carry name, class, age, school and group of the participant(s) in BLOCK LETTERS.
- It is not essential for a student/team to participate in all events.
- The entries must reach the Secretary SAARC Youth Festival through the Principal of the participating institution with a covering letter and the participation form enclosed with the brochure by the
5th November 2009.
- Late entries will be issued participating certificates but will not be considered for the competition.
- The entries once submitted will not be returned.
- The organizers will in no way be responsible for any damage to entries in transit.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
