Rules and Regulations

1. This festival is organized by post.
   
   
2. The events are categorized into 3 groups A, B and C

Age limit for the Groups
A: 10 to 12 years
B: 13 to 15 years
C: 16 to 18 years

3. Every participating school can send upto 3 entries per category in all the events.
   
   
4. Entries that do not conform to the rules for each contest will be disqualified.
   
   
5. All entries should carry name, class, age, school and group of the participant(s) in BLOCK LETTERS.
   
   
6. It is not essential for a student/team to participate in all events.
   
   
7. The entries must reach the Secretary SAARC Youth Festival through the Principal of the participating institution with a covering letter and the participation form enclosed with the brochure by the
   5th November 2009.
   
   
8. Late entries will be issued participating certificates but will not be considered for the competition.
   
   
9. The entries once submitted will not be returned.
   
   
10. The organizers will in no way be responsible for any damage to entries in transit.
    
    
11. The decision of the judges will be final.
