1. Entries should be submitted on a thick white chart paper 50 x 50 cm or a foldable canvas sheet.

2. All the entries must carry the name, class, age, school's name, school's address, topic, event, group and the name of the city only on the reverse    side of the entry in block letters on the format which is attached at the end of the brochure.

3. The topic must be clearly indicated in front on the top of the entry and message/slogan at the bottom of the entry.

4. Every entry must be edged with black or red tape against a white background.

5. The entries will be judged on the basis of the following :

Concept of Design : 20 marks
Color Scheme : 15 marks
Relevance : 10 marks
Message / Slogan : 05 marks

Total : 50 marks

Note : All the entries that do not conform to the specifications, will be disqualified.
