This contest is open to all the 3 groups

TOPICS:-

“Thank you parents”..... for everything
Group B World Environment Day

“We Care” (A card for senior citizens)

RULES: -

  1. The participants are required to design a greeting whose front page size should be 20×15 cm on a chart sheet or a foldable canvas sheet. Entries not adhering to the size will be disqualified.

  2. The inner page should also contain a message relevant to the topic.

  3. The participant should mention name, group and school's name at the back of the greeting .
Entries will be judged on the basis of the following.

Marking Scheme :

Drawing            :  20 marks
Message           :  10 marks
Colour scheme  :  10 marks
Relevance         :  10 marks

Total                 :  50 marks

 The Poetry Contest is open to all the 3 groups

RULES: -

  1. The participant has to submit a self composed poem in not more than 100 words on an A4 size sheet, by post to the address mentioned in the general rules .

  2. Poem(s) should be sent as a print out or written in a neat and legible hand writing .

  3. The entries should be bordered with a BLACK CELLO tape.

  4. All entries should carry name, class, age, school and group of the participant(s).

  5. The title must be clearly mentioned at the top of the entry.

  6. Entries from outside India can also be sent via e-mail with all the particulars.

Intries will be judged on the basis of the following.

Marking Scheme :

Concept and design   :  20 marks
Relevance                  :  10 marks
Message conveyed   :  10 marks
Grammar                    :  10 marks

Total                          :  50 marks

RULES: -

  1. The participants are required to click an original photograph on the given topic and get it developed with a size ranging from post card to A4 size.

  2. The picture should be bordered with a BLACK CELLO tape.

  3. The concept of the photograph should be original and novel.

  4. The entry should carry name, group and school's name of the participant at the back.

Entries will be judged on the basis of the following.

Marking scheme:

Concept & Originality  : 15 marks
Presentation               : 15 marks
Background                : 10 marks
Clarity                         : 10 marks

Total                           : 50 marks

The Collage Designing Contest is open to all the 3 groups.

Rules :

  1. All entries for the collage are to be submitted on a chart paper of 30 * 30 cm or a foldable canvas sheet. Entries not adhering to the size will be disqualified.

  2. The entry should be bordered with BLUE CELLO TAPE.

  3. The entry should bear a caption.

  4. Scissors should not be used. Participants are required to adhere to paper tearing strictly.

  5. The participant is expected to use cuttings from magazines, coloured paper , newspapers etc for making collage apart from decoration material.

  6. The entry should carry name, group and school's name of the participant at the back.

Entries will be judged on the basis of the following.

Marking Scheme :

Presentation : 20 marks
Creativity      : 15 marks
Caption         : 15 marks

Total           : 50 marks
