Peace is many things — Harmony, non violence, kinship and many more. But most importantly, peace is the absence of fear; the elimination of mistrust and the end of suspicion. Peace on earth, which all men of every era have most eagerly yearned for, can be firmly established only if the order laid down by God be dutifully observed. Thus to realize this dream of establishing a peaceful utopia, I cordially invite you to CONFLUENCE 2012, the World Peace and Unity Festival scheduled to be held from 8th to 11th November 2012.
CONFLUENCE 2012 is a humble but a significant step being taken towards the unification of thoughts and hearts of children across the globe, a unique endeavour which we hope will reduce the boundaries of continents and countries and bring the globe on one platform. |

This year we wish to take the World Peace Festival a step ahead and strengthen our long term association with your prestigious institution. We invite you to our school, City Montessori School, Lucknow to participate in various exciting and innovative competitions which will surely provide a life enriching experience to the students. I would also like to cordially invite all the principals & heads of different schools to participate in CONFLUENCE 2012.
Through CONFLUENCE 2012, we hope to instill in young minds that unity is the pre-requisite of Peace, and promote the feeling of unity, along with discipline, team spirit, competitiveness, cooperation and leadership qualities. The World Peace and Unity Festival will provide a platform to budding talents and give them an opportunity to compete at the national and international level and broaden their horizon. Confluence 2012 has been planned to ignite sparks of sensitivity in children and develop in them a love for humanity and peace, an appreciation of differences and above all confidence. The highlight of the programme would be an exhibition organized by the World Peace Prayer Society, USA and Japan.
It will be our privilege to play host to you and provide free boarding, lodging and local conveyance to all outstation teams. We request you to adhere to all the dates mentioned in the brochure to enable us to arrange for a pleasant and comfortable stay for all the participants.
