CMS celebrates PM Modi’s birthday in true spirit of self-sacrifice & cleanliness

Lucknow, September 16: Over 1000 CMS teachers today took out a huge 'Swachhta Jagran Prabhat Pheri' on the eve of the birthday of the Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Bhai Damodardas Modi to make people understand the importance of cleanliness. The State Minister for Mines, Geology, Excise and Prohibition, UP, Smt Archana Pandey flagged off the 'Swachhta Jagran Prabhat Pheri'. This large March of CMS teachers swept the road from their starting point i.e. Maqdoompur Police Chowki till CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. The Prabhat Pheri was led by Smt Archana Pandey, State Minister for Excise and Mines; Founders of CMS and renowned educationists Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi and CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon along with the Principals of various CMS campuses, CMSDirector of Strategy, Mr Roshan Gandhi Forouhi and several other prominent figures. CMS is observing cleanliness fortnight from the birthday of Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi (17 September) to the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi (2 October) and this Swam Seva March for Clean India Green India is a part of the same.
