स्कूल समाज के ईश्वरीय प्रकाश का केन्द्र है

‘‘स्कूल चार दीवारों वाला एक ऐसा भवन है जिसमें कल का भविष्य छिपा है’’ आने वाले समय में विश्व में एकता एवं शांति स्थापित होगी या अशांति एवं अनेकता की स्थापना होगी, यह आज स्कूलों में बच्चों को दी जाने वाली शिक्षा पर निर्भर करता है। धरती पर आध्यात्मिक समाज की स्थापना के लिए तीन क्षेत्रों को उजागर करने की आवश्यकता है, जो कि अभी तक अविकसित हंै। ये तीन क्षेत्र हैं (अ) शिक्षा (ब) धर्म और (स) कानून, व्यवस्था और न्याय। इन तीनों का विस्तृत विवरण इस प्रकार है:-
(अ) शिक्षा :-
आज के युग तथा आज की परिस्थितियों में विश्व मंे सफल होने के लिए बच्चों को टोटल क्वालिटी पर्सन (टी0क्यू0पी0) बनाने के लिए स्कूल को जीवन की तीन वास्तविकताओं भौतिक, सामाजिक तथा आध्यात्मिक शिक्षायें देने वाला समाज के प्रकाश का केन्द्र अवश्य बनना चाहिए। टोटल क्वालिटी पर्सन ही टोटल क्वालिटी मैनेजर बनकर विश्व में बदलाव ला सकता है। उद्देश्यहीन तथा दिशाविहीन शिक्षा बालक को परमात्मा के ज्ञान से दूर कर देती है। उद्देश्यहीन शिक्षा एक बालक को विचारहीन, अबुद्धिमान, नास्तिक, टोटल डिफेक्टिव पर्सन, टोटल डिफेक्टिव मैनेजर तथा जीवन में असफल बनायेगी।
शिक्षा एक सतत् और रचनात्मक प्रक्रिया है। मानव प्रकृति में निहित क्षमताओं को विकसित करना और समाज की समृद्धि एवं प्रगति हेतु उनकी अभिव्यक्ति का संयोजन करना ही उसका लक्ष्य है। बच्चों को आध्यात्मिक, सामाजिक तथा भौतिक ज्ञान से सुसज्जित करके यह सम्भव होता है। सच्ची शिक्षा विश्लेषणात्मक योग्यताओं, आत्मविश्वास, संकल्प शक्ति और लक्ष्यपरक शक्तियों के विकास की क्षमताऐं प्रदान करती हैं। साथ ही वह ऐसी दृष्टि प्रदान करती है जो व्यक्ति को समुदाय के सर्वोत्तम हितों का संरक्षक तथा सामाजिक परिवर्तन का आत्मप्रेरित माध्यम बनने की योग्यता प्रदान करती है।
(ब) धर्म :-
मैं शरीर नहीं हूँ। मैं हाथ, पैर, मुँह, नाक, कान, आँख भी नहीं हूँ लेकिन मैं हूँ भी। तो फिर मैं हूँ कौन? मैं आत्मा हूँ, शरीर नहीं। शरीर तो हमें इस संसार में आकर मिला है जबकि हमारी आत्मा तो परमात्मा का अंश है। इस मनोशरीर यंत्र का असली मालिक आत्मा है। प्रायः मनुष्य अज्ञानतावश संसार में दिखावटी सत्य में जीता रहता है असली सत्य उसके जीवन प्रकट हुए बिना ही वह संसार से चला जाता है। वह संसार की चमक-धमक में अपने वास्तविक अस्तित्व तथा जीवन के महान उद्देश्य को भूल जाता है। उदाहरण के लिए जीवन में बीमारी को देखकर परेशान हो जाना दिखावटी सत्य है तथा बीमारी के पीछे छिपे स्वास्थ्य को देखना वास्तविक सत्य देखना है। परमात्मा ने एक शरीर देकर अस्थायी रूप से इस संसार रूपी सराय में अपनी आज्ञाओं पर स्वयं चलने और आगे आने वाली पीढ़ी को परमात्मा की राह पर चलने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए भेजा है। परमात्मा अपनी उच्चतम अभिव्यक्ति हमारे शरीर को निमित्त बनाकर करना चाहता है। हमें शिकायतशून्य तथा अहंकारशून्य होकर अपने शरीर से ईश्वर की उच्चतम अभिव्यक्ति होेने देना चाहिए।
परमात्मा की आज्ञा है कि तुमने अपने मनोशरीर यंत्र का अगर गलत उपयोग किया तो तू नष्ट-भ्रष्ट हो जायेगा और अगर तुमने मेरी आज्ञाओं को माना तो तुम्हारा जीवन सुख, समृद्धि और प्रसन्नता भर उठेगा। परमात्मा कहते हंै कि तेरा हृदय मेरे गुणों का खजाना है। तेरे स्वार्थ रूपी गंदे हाथ कहीं मेरा अनमोल खजाना लूट न लें। मैंने तुझे प्रेम के प्रतीक स्वरूप तुमको हाथ दिये। इन हाथों को मैंने इसलिए तुझे दिया कि तेरे इन हाथों में मेरे द्वारा समय-समय में विभिन्न अवतारों के द्वारा भेजे गये गीता, त्रिपटक, बाईबिल, कुरान, गुरू गंथ साहिब, किताबे अकदस आदि पवित्र पुस्तकें हों। और तू इन पवित्र पुस्तकों में दी गई मेरी न्याय, समता, करूणा, भाईचारा, त्याग और हृदय एकता की शिक्षाओं को अपने जीवन में धारण कर। ये सभी पवित्र पुस्तकें मेरी कृपालुता की प्रतीक हैं।
परमात्मा की आज्ञा है कि तुम्हारे इन हाथों से वही काम हो जिनकी मैंने इन पवित्र पुस्तकों में आज्ञायें दीं हैं। तुम्हारे हाथ से बुरे काम न हो। तुम्हारी वाणी अग्नि की ज्वाला ना बने बल्कि तुम्हारी वाणी मेरी शिक्षाओं को दूर-दूर फैलाने के लिए उपयोग हो। तेरी वाणी अगर असंतुलित है तो जहर की तरह है। इसलिए तू अपनी वाणी पर नियंत्रण रख। परमात्मा की आज्ञा है कि तेरी जो आँखें हैं वो मेरा भरोसा हैै। तेरे कान मेरे दया के प्रतीक हैं। ध्यान रहे तेरे अपवित्र मंतव्य मेरी वाणी को सुनने से रोक न दें। अगर तेरे मंतव्य अपवित्र होंगे तो वो तुझे मेरी वाणी को सुनने ही नहीं देंगे।
परमात्मा की ओर से दिव्य अवतारों का युग-युग में अवतरण एक प्रगतिशील दैवी प्रेरणा के अन्तर्गत होता है। यह सच्चा ज्ञान है तथा इसका उचित उपयोग व जीवन में धारण करना बुद्धिमानी है। (पहला) स्वयं के जीवन में सफलता तथा (दूसरा) सामाजिक परिवर्तन के द्वारा पृथ्वी पर आध्यात्मिक सभ्यता स्थापित करने के ज्ञान तथा बुद्धिमत्ता दो सशक्त साधन हैं। परमात्मा सबसे ऊँची आत्मा है। वह सृष्टि का रचयिता है। हम उसे गाॅड, ईश्वर, अल्लाह, रब-नूर आदि नामों से पुकारते हैं। परमात्मा अजन्मा है। उसका कोई नाम तथा आकार-प्रकार नहीं है। परमात्मा को भौतिक आँखों से नहीं देखा जा सकता है। परमात्मा प्रकाश पुंज की तरह है। वह मनुष्य के पवित्र हृदय में आत्म तत्व के रूप में रहता है।
परमात्मा की प्रगतिशील दैवीय प्रेरणा के मायने है कि परमात्मा द्वारा सिलसिलेवार श्रंृखला में युग-युग में अवतरित दैवीय शिक्षक कृष्ण (5000 वर्ष पूर्व), बुद्ध (2500 वर्ष पूर्व), ईशु (2000 वर्ष पूर्व), मोहम्मद (1400 वर्ष पूर्व), नानक (500 वर्ष पूर्व), बहाउल्लाह (200 वर्ष पूर्व) तथा उनकी शिक्षायें युग की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए विश्व के विभिन्न स्थानों में अवतरित हुई हैं। धर्म का बुनियादी उद्देश्य मानव जाति की एकता, मानवीय प्रेम तथा भाईचारे को विकसित करना है। बच्चों को बताना चाहिए कि सभी अवतार राम, कृष्ण, बुद्ध, ईशु, मोहम्मद, मोजज, अब्राहम, जोरस्टर, महावीर, नानक, बहाउल्लाह एक ही परमात्मा की ओर से आये हैं।
आध्यात्मिक शिक्षा के अन्तर्गत बालक को पवित्र ग्रन्थों- गीता, कुरान, त्रिपटक, बाईबिल, कुरान, गुरू ग्रन्थ साहिब, किताबे अकदस में संकलित परमात्मा की शिक्षाओं का ज्ञान कराना चाहिए तथा परमात्मा की शिक्षाओं पर चलने के लिए प्रेरित करना चाहिए।
(स) कानून, व्यवस्था और न्याय:-
बच्चों को बचपन से ही अपने माता-पिता के द्वारा बनाये नियमों तथा स्कूल में प्रिन्सिपल एवं स्कूल के टीचर्स द्वारा बनाये गये नियमों (या कानूनों) का पालन करना सिखाना चाहिए ताकि बड़े होकर जब वे समाज में प्रवेश करें तब वे समाज के नियमों एवं कानूनों का और न्याय का पालन करें।
नेल्सन मण्डेला ने कहा है कि ‘शिक्षा सबसे अधिक शक्तिशाली हथियार है जिसके उपयोग से विश्व में बदलाव लाया जा सकता है।’ महान विचारक विक्टर ह्ूगो ने कहा है कि पूरे संसार की समस्त सैन्यशक्ति और बमों की शक्ति से भी अधिक शक्तिशाली ‘वह विचार होता है जिसका समय आ चुका हो।’ बालकों की भौतिक, सामाजिक एवं आध्यात्मिक गुणों की संतुलित शिक्षा वह ‘विचार’ है जिसका समय आ चुका है।
बालक ईश्वर की सर्वोच्च कृति है। प्रत्येक बालक अवतार की तरह ही पवित्र, दयालु और ईश्वरीय प्रकाश से प्रकाशित हृदय लेकर इस पृथ्वी पर जन्म लेता है। किसी भी बालक का ‘घर’ उसका प्रथम क्लास रूम है, ‘स्कूल’ उसका दूसरा क्लास रूम है तथा समाज उसका तीसरा क्लास रूम है। इस प्रकार कोई भी बालक अपने सम्पूर्ण जीवन की परीक्षाओं के लिए ‘घर’, ‘स्कूल’ तथा ‘समाज’ रूपी तीनों क्लास रूमों से शिक्षा ग्रहण करता है। इन तीनों स्कूलों में आपस में सहयोग अति आवश्यक है। ये तीनों मिलकर बालक के चरित्र का निर्माण करते हैं। विश्व में ईश्वरीय सभ्यता स्थापित करने के लिए इन तीनों क्लास रूमों को अच्छा बनाने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए।

"The high ideal of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam' which is the chief source of inspiration for the Indian Constitution is the answer to the growing problems of disunity, discord and dissension among the people of the world and especially the youth and student community. A New World Order is needed which is suited to the needs of the present generation. The present world is fast moving towards a global economy. It is the future of the present generation and the generations to come which is at stake. Unless the countries unite and address the problems of global warming, climate change, pollution, terrorism, child abuse, threat of nuclear war, cybercrime, water shortage, and disease in the world, we can hardly hope for a better world in the future. We have to instill the values of World Unity and World Peace into the minds of children and remove the prejudices of hatred due to differences in race, religion and colour. Only when we build strong World Citizens and create a world of peace, prosperity and progress, can the human civilization move towards a higher level of growth and development." These were some of the thoughts expressed by the CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi while addressing journalists at a press conference organized at CMS Gomti Nagar auditorium on 12 January. This press conference was convened to create awareness amongst conscientious individuals of society to come forward and contribute to making this earth a happy place for all the world’s citizens.

I am delighted that students of several CMS campuses have of late been taking the initiative to organise Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. It is of course essential that students develop a variety of skills outside of their academics, and I am very much in favour of these MUN conferences because participating students will develop a vast range of skills from a single platform.
Participating in a MUN requires multiple advanced extra-curricular skills to be honed and utilised simultaneously. MUN delegates must read widely and consistently in order to be familiar with current affairs, history, and a range of complex concepts; conduct thorough, accurate research about several different topics; formulate original thought pertaining to those topics while demonstrating the mental agility to approach an argument from multiple angles; debate courteously yet assertively while thinking on their feet; and present their ideas in a public forum effectively and persuasively. Thus through this one activity a student’s breadth of knowledge as well as skills of reading, research, argument, debate, public speaking, and more are honed simultaneously.
Apart from participating, organising such an event of course brings its own set of challenges and therefore skill enhancement. It requires not only the organisational contributions of bringing together diverse teams and experts from far and wide and planning complicated communications and logistics, but also the intellectual contribution of devising an innovative and exciting programme of committees. Many MUNs will combine a variety of current, historical, futuristic, national, and international topics that excite participants.
A further major benefit of MUNs is the fact that they are generally organised by students for students, with teachers playing a primarily supervisory role rather than driving the agenda – thus providing room for students to grow into talented leaders and team players. I am happy to see this trend towards MUNs, and hope to see the CMS MUN scene continue to flourish!
CMS Kanpur Road Campus Team wins WIPRO EARTHIAN AWARD for the sixth time consecutively

CMS Kanpur Road Campus has been awarded the WIPRO Earthian Award for the sixth year in succession. The inspiring guidance of Senior Principal, Dr Vineeta Kamran led the team to victory. The team of 5 students and a teacher comprised Dr. (Mrs) Shiksha Tripathi (teacher-facilitator), Bhuvi Bhatnagar, Advik Tripathi, Kashvi Paul, Hansika Gautam, and Aarna . They were nominated for school work intensively on the selected theme -Sustainability Aspects in their campus and in the surrounding area and demonstrate some changes and to create awareness within the school and in the neighboring area. The award ceremony is being organized on 8th February 2020 at Bengaluru.
CMS Gomti Nagar I on 6th spot in IIT Mumbai's Robotics Contest

The seven member CMS, Gomti Nagar Campus I delegation returned to Lucknow after participating and winning the sixth position at one of the biggest robotic competitions 'Techfest 2019-20' organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay in Mumbai. It was highly creditable for the CMS students to secure the 6th position being the only school team participating in the contest in the midst of university and IIT students. Many congratulations to Principal Mrs. Abha Anant and her team. The students of this delegation comprised Aayush Jaiswal, Prakhar Goel, Shreyansh Singh, Prakhar Verma, Siddharth Yadav and Aditya Tiwari led by the teacher Mr. Mohd. Ajmal Ansari of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I.
