विश्व की सभी समस्याओं का शान्तिपूर्ण समाधान है ‘भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 51’

(1) आज दुनियाँ धार्मिक, जातीय और राजनीतिक हिंसा के दौर से गुजर रही हैः-
आज सारी दुनिया घातक शस्त्रों की होड़ तथा आतंकवाद के जख्मों से घायल है। ऐसे में जब दुनिया प्रथम विश्व युद्ध के 100 साल पूरे कर चुकी है, तब यह प्रश्न युगानुकूल है कि आखिर दुनिया किस ओर बढ़ रही है? शान्ति की ओर या युद्ध की ओर। दो महायुद्धों के महाविनाश से भी मानव जाति की नफरत नहीं मिटी है वरन् दुनिया अन्दर ही अन्दर सुलग रही है। किसी महापुरूष ने कहा है कि जो व्यक्ति या समुदाय इतिहास से सबक नहीं सीखता है वह इसे दोहराने के कारण बर्बाद हो जाता है। इस सदी में दो विश्व युद्ध तथा दो देशों के बीच भयानक युद्धों में लाखों लोगों ने अपनी जान गवायी है। वास्तव में आज दुनियाँ धार्मिक, जातीय और राजनीतिक हिंसा के दौर से गुजर रही है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के अनुसार अकेले सीरिया में ही पिछले सात सालों में 2.20 लाख लोगों की मौत हो चुकी हैं। इसके साथ ही सोमालिया, नाइजीरिया, ईरान, अफगानिस्तान सहित दुनियाँ के तमाम देश युद्ध और हिंसा की चपेट में हैं।
(2) मानव कल्याण की सेवा से बढ़कर कोई धर्म नहीं है:-
शांति किसे प्यारी नहीं होती? शांति की ही खोज में मनुष्य अपना सारा जीवन न्यौछावर कर देता है. लेकिन अफसोस आज इंसान दिन-प्रतिदिन इस शांति से दूर होता चला जा रहा है। आज पृथ्वी, आकाश व सागर सभी अशांत हैं। स्वार्थ और घृणा ने मानव समाज को विखंडित कर दिया है। विश्व शांति का संदेश हर युग और हर दौर में दिया गया है। हमें ऐसे प्रभावशाली अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय कानून बनाने हंै जिससे युद्धों तथा आतंकवाद पर हमेशा के लिए अंकुश लग जाये। ताकि किसी महिला का सुहाग न उजड़े, किसी मां की गोद खाली न हो तथा कोई बच्चा अनाथ न हो। हमें यह समझना होगा कि दूसरों का हित करना ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म है। मानव कल्याण की सेवा से बढ़कर कोई धर्म नहीं है। भाषा, संस्कृति, धर्म, रंग, पहनावे भिन्न-भिन्न हो सकते हैं। लेकिन विश्व के कल्याण का मार्ग एक ही है। मनुष्य को नफरत का मार्ग छोड़कर प्रेम के मार्ग पर चलना चाहिए।
(3) हमें बाल्यावस्था में ही शान्ति के विचार मानव मस्तिष्क में डालने होंगे:-
युद्ध के विचार मानव मस्तिष्क में पैदा होते हैं। इसलिए हमंे मानव मस्तिष्क में ही शान्ति के विचार डालने होंगे। मनुष्य को विचारवान बनाने की श्रेष्ठ अवस्था बचपन है। इसलिए संसार के प्रत्येक बालक को विश्व एकता एवं विश्व शान्ति की शिक्षा बचपन से अनिवार्य रूप से दी जानी चाहिए। मानव इतिहास में अब वह समय आ गया है जब भारत को अपनी वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् की संस्कृति तथा भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 के विश्व एकता के विचार के अनुरूप सारे विश्व में विश्व एकता तथा विश्व शान्ति स्थापित करने के लिए एक कदम बढ़ाना होगा। हमारा मानना है कि परमाणु हथियारों व मानव संहारक मिसाइलों के इस युग में युद्ध लड़े तो जा सकते हैं, किन्तु जीते नहीं जा सकते। यह सृष्टि भगवान का आँगन है। इसे हरा-भरा, सुन्दर और सुरक्षित बनाये रखना उसकी प्रत्येक संतान का कर्तव्य है। अगर हम एकता और प्रेम के साथ नहीं रहेंगे तो हम अपने परिवार, समाज, देश और विश्व को असुरक्षित बना देंगे।
(4) विश्व की सभी समस्याओं का शान्तिपूर्ण समाधान है ‘भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 51:-
भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 51 सारे विश्व में शांति एवं एकता की स्थापना के लिए एक ठोस भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 में यह व्यवस्था दी गई है कि:
भारत का गणराज्य यह प्रयत्न करेगा किः
भारत का गणराज्य अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय शान्ति और सुरक्षा की अभिवृद्धि (संसार के सभी राष्ट्रों के सहयोग से) करने का प्रयास करेगा।
भारत का गणराज्य संसार के सभी राष्ट्रों के बीच न्यायसंगत और सम्मानपूर्ण संबंधों को बनाए रखने का (संसार के सभी राष्ट्रों के सहयोग से) प्रयत्न करेगा,
भारत का गणराज्य अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय कानून का सम्मान करने अर्थात उसका पालन करने की भावना की अभिवृद्धि (संसार के सभी राष्ट्रों के सहयोग से) करेगा।
भारत का गणराज्य अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विवादों का हल मध्यास्थता के द्वारा अर्थात ‘विश्व संसद’ के द्वारा सुलझाने का प्रयास करेगा।
(5) विश्व एकता की शिक्षा इस युग की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है:-
यदि विश्व के सभी लोग अपने आपसी मतभेदों को एक-एक करके कम करते जायें तथा एकता तथा शान्ति के आदर्शों के अन्तर्गत एकताबद्ध हो जायें तो अति शीघ्र विश्वव्यापी आतंकवाद ही नहीं वरन् अशिक्षा, गरीबी, भुखमरी तथा पर्यावरण संबंधी समस्याओं का समाधान हो सकता है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ में एन.जी.ओ. का अधिकृत दर्जा प्राप्त भारत का एकमात्र गिनीज बुक आॅफ वल्र्ड रिकार्ड के अनुसार विश्व में एक ही शहर में सबसे अधिक बच्चों वाला सिटी मोन्टेसरी स्कूल जो कि यूनेस्को शान्ति शिक्षा पुरस्कार से सम्मानित भी हैं, अपना नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व समझते हुए विश्व के दो अरब तथा पचास करोड़ बच्चों तथा आगे आने वाली पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य के लिए विगत 60 वर्षों से प्रयासरत् है। सिटी मोन्टेसरी स्कूल का मानना है कि विश्व एकता तथा शान्ति की शिक्षा ही इस युग की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है।
(6) सभी प्रकार के विवादों का समाधान परामर्श करके निकाला जाना चाहिए:-
वर्तमान में संकुचित राष्ट्रीयता तथा सम्प्रभुता आदि के नाम पर सारा विश्व अलग-अलग टुकड़ों में बंट गया है। दूसरे राष्ट्र को जीतने तथा अपने को सुरक्षित बनाने के प्रयास में राष्ट्रों के बीच परमाणु शस्त्रों की होड़ बढ़ गयी है। इसलिए विश्व के सभी राष्ट्रों का उत्तरदायित्व है कि वे विश्वव्यापी समस्याओं तथा राष्ट्रों के बीच के आपसी मतभेदों का समाधान शान्तिपूर्ण परामर्श करके निकाले। जब तक सारे विश्व में एकता और शान्ति का वातावरण निर्मित नहीं होगा, तब तक विश्व के दो अरब तथा पचास करोड़ बच्चों तथा आगे आने वाली पीढ़ियों का भविष्य सुरक्षित नहीं हो सकता। हमारे प्रत्येक स्थानीय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रयास इस तरह के होने चाहिए जिससे वीटो पाॅवर रहित एक न्यायपूर्ण विश्व का निर्माण हो।
(7) भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 में ही अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय समस्याओं का समाधान निहित है:-
विगत 18 वर्षों से हमारे विद्यालय द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 पर विश्व के मुख्य न्यायाधीशों का अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन प्रतिवर्ष आयोजित किया जा रहा है। हमारा विश्वास है कि वल्र्ड जुडीशियरी मानव जाति के सुरक्षित भविष्य की अन्तिम आशा है। हमारे विद्यालय के 57,000 से अधिक बच्चों की ओर से की जा रही विश्व के दो अरब तथा पचास करोड़ बच्चों के सुरक्षित भविष्य की अपील को विश्व के वल्र्ड जुडीशियरी का भारी समर्थन मिल रहा है। हमारा विश्वास है कि जगत गुरू भारत अपनी उदार संस्कृति, प्राचीन सभ्यता तथा अनूठे संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 के आधार पर सारे विश्व में शान्ति अवश्य स्थापित करेगा।

On 20th November, the CMS Founder-Director, Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi was honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award in the House of Commons of the British Parliament, UK., for her unparalleled contribution in the field of education. A prominent institution in the field of education namely 'Intelligent Mind Trust' conferred this prestigious award upon Dr Bharti Gandhi. The award ceremony was graced by the presence of several esteemed dignitaries from the fields of education, literature, politics, journalism, of both India and UK. It may be mentioned that Dr. Bharti Gandhi received the UNESCO Prize for Peace Education 2002 on behalf of CMS with her husband Dr. Jagdish Gandhi in Paris. She is also the proud recipient of several honours and awards for her profound contribution to the noble cause of education, women and child upliftment. With her husband Dr Jagdish Gandhi, she has worked relentlessly for improving conditions in society and nurturing students as ideal world citizens.

CMS felicitated the Second Comparative Examination toppers of ISC and ICSE on 31st October 2019 and 2nd November 2019 respectively. Grand Character Building Marches were organized on these days led by the CMS Founders Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi.

A number of highly impressive events – local, national, and international – have been taking place across CMS over these past few weeks and months, celebrating a range of important topics and themes through quality competitions, expert presentations, and artistic performances. Students and teachers have been working hard to put together world-class opening ceremonies, arrange meaningful programmes, and create events through which students from around the world can interact, learn from experts and one another, and enjoy themselves in an atmosphere of positivity.
Each of these events, alongside their stated topics – on everything ranging from English Literature to Mathematics – also promotes themes of world unity, and brings students together on an international platform for the benefit of international exposure, from which they come to understand each other’s cultures and the inherent oneness of humanity. Dear students: you are regularly exposed to these concepts through World Parliaments, World Peace Prayers, and All-Religion Prayers in frequent events celebrating unity. But after the long practices and repeated performances which are necessary for spreading these important messages in the high-quality, impressive, and effective manner that you always do, it is possible and understandable that you might stop actively thinking about the true meaning behind the words you are saying or the themes you are promoting.
Now, however, it is more vital than ever that you recognise not only the theoretical desirability of these values, but also their practical relevance to your lives and the lives of others. A political atmosphere is growing, both at home and around the globe, that emphasises divisions, reinforces polarisation, and inflames people’s irrational fears about trivial differences of nationality, colour, or religion. As the future leaders of society, it is your responsibility to reverse this trend – which you can only do by learning to see the human race as one family of which you are a part.
Do reflect, therefore, on the principles of unity you have been taught at CMS through these events and performances, and consider how you might apply them in your daily lives. No effort is too small: a valuable contribution may take the form of checking a family member who makes a narrow-minded statement, or just starting a meaningful conversation amongst your friends to raise awareness. Take a stand against prejudice, and become an agent of change to create a better future for yourselves and all children.

Station Road Campus
Nishtha Singhal of the junior section bagged the third prize in the International Vulture Awareness Day competitions held at the Institute for Wildlife Sciences, University of Lucknow.
Eshanya Mishra of Class VII won the second prize in E-Magine contest at the 6th Literary Fest 2019 organized by CMS QAID.
Manu Aggarwal of Class IX won the first prize in the Inter School Quiz Competition held at Lucknow Zoo under Wildlife Week celebration. The prize distribution ceremony was held at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan where Manu was awarded by none other than the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Hon'able Shri Yogi Adityanath.
Prashant Saxena of Class X bagged the silver medal at EXSPO International organised by CMS RDSO Campus. He also won the bronze medal in 200m at the inter-campus Athletic Meet organised by CMS QAID.
Rajajipuram Campus I
Adya Anurag and Abhinav Jain of Class V won the second prize in the inter-campus Inquiztive competition. They were recognized for being the Highest Scorers in the first round of the quiz.
Ayushi Srivastava of Class VI was awarded the first prize and a book on wild life in the Rangoli competition on the topic 'Sacred Groves' at Lucknow University during Wildlife Week.
Ali Abbas of Class XI won Gold medal in long jump, silver medal in 100m race, silver in 200m and gold medal in 4×100m medal in EXSPO International Sports Olympiad 2019. In the State Competition, Ali Abbas won the silver medal in 200m Athletics and was selected for National Athletics.
At the 6th inter-campus Literary Fest organised by CMS QAID, Abhiraj and Advika of Class III won the second prize in the Spell Bee competition; Sarah Hasan of Class IV won the third prize in Reading and Comprehension competition; Team comprising Avni and Divyanshi of Class VI won the second prize in both Turncoat and E-Magine contests; Sushma Bhardwaj won the first runner up trophy in E-Magine contest.
The students of the campus from primary to Class IX were recognized for their contribution to the Global Dream Project for eradicating illiteracy. The chief guest was Indian TV actor Mr Rajesh Kumar.
