• The team should comprise a maximum of 5 participants from the junior section (class VIII to X )and 5 participants from the senior section (class XI & XII).
  
  
• Each team will be accompanied by a teacher, preferably the English teacher who will act as their team leader. Additional members including infants and children will not be accommodated.
  
  
• Though recommended, it is not essential for a team to participate in all events. However, once registered for an event, the team is obliged to participate in that event. In view of the number of participating teams, a preliminary round may be held, if necessary.
  
  
• The outstation teams should arrive at Lucknow latest by 11th August , 9:00 AM. All necessary information should be mailed positively in the enclosed registration form, in advance, so as to ensure adequate arrangements.
  

REGISTRATION

• All teams will be required to register themselves on 11th August between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00am along with the duplicate copy of the registration form.
  
  
• The enclosed registration form along with photographs however should reach us at the following address latest by 10th of July 2010.
  
  
• Heads of institution /team leaders must ensure that Registration forms are complete in all respects before submitting them. These details will also be accepted via e-mail.
  

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION

• The confirmation of participation must reach the convener by 10th May 2010 by E-mail or by post.
