• Ensure all team members are in their proper school uniform with Identification badges to be worn, all the time while the events are on.
  
  
• Discipline and decorum must be maintained throughout the stay.
  
  
• Team leaders will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team members. Any breach of discipline may lead to disqualification of the team.
  
  
• Team leaders are requested not to ask for any adjustments in the schedule.
  
  
• Kindly ensure that all team members are present for the daily morning assembly. Rooms should be vacated during the time the competition is on and the keys to the rooms should be handed over to the control room.
  
  
• All the participants should be seated in the auditorium along with their team leaders while the events are on.
  
  
• Team leaders are requested to coordinate with the control room for any specific queries they might have.

CAMPUS RESTRICTION

• Participating teams including team leader must be present at the venue at all times.
  
  
• The participants or team leaders will not be allowed to go out with the visitors.
  
  
• No friends or outsiders will be allowed to meet the participants or team leader till the competition is over.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions while at the venue. The organizers will not be in a position to entertain any complaints in this regard.
  
  
• No typing or printing facilities will be provided at the venue.

VALIDITY OF ENTRY

• The participating school must ensure that the entries are complete in all respects failing thereby, will lead to disqualification.
  
  
• The entries must be duly forwarded by the head of the institution. Kindly adhere to the deadlines stipulated in the brochure.
  
  
• The entries, which do not conform to the rules specified for each competition, will be disqualified.

TRAVEL DETAILS

• Outstation participants will be required to supply the organizers with complete travel details in the Registration form in advance so that arrangements for their transport to and from the airport / railway station can be made.
  
  
• Travel expenses will be borne by the participating teams.

HOSPITALITY

• The organizers will be happy to provide all outstation teams (maximum of 10 participants and 1 accompanying team leader) free accommodation and meals, as well as transport to and fro, from the airport/railway station. Boarding and lodging will be at our International Students’ Hostel at World Unity Convention Center at Kanpur Road Campus, Lucknow.
  
  
• Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions at all times during their stay here in Lucknow. The organizers will not be in a position to entertain any complaints in this regard.

MEAL TIMINGS

• Breakfast will be served in the dining hall between 7:30 am to 8:00 am.Lunch will be served in the dining hall according to the schedule given in the programme.

The facilities available to all outstation participants at the hostel will include :
