1. All competitive entries should be sent BY POST only.
   
   
2. The competition is divided into three groups A,B,& C
   Group A : 10 – 12 years
   Group B : 13 – 15 years
   Group C : 16 – 18 years
   
   
3. There is no restriction on the number of entries that can be sent by an individual / school in any of the events.
   
   
4. All entries must be verified as original by the Head of the institution in which the participant(s) is / are studying.
   
   
5. The confirmation of the participation must reach the Convener by 30th August 2010 on the accompanying form and the entries must reach the convener latest by 5th of October 2010.
   
   
6. The entries reaching late will be issued participation certificate, but will not be considered for the competition.
   
   
7. All the entries must clearly bear the full name of the participants, the events ,the group, the name of the school and the city only on the reverse side of the entries in the given format enclosed with the brochure.
   
   
8. The slogan / caption should be clearly stated in front of the entry in Poster, Shading, Photography and Cover Page Designing competition.
   
   
9. All the entries for Poster Making Competition , Shading Competition, Cover Page Designing Competition and Calligraphy Competition must be edged with black tape or red tape against a white background.
   
   
10. All the entries for Website Designing , Power Point Presentation and Mini Video Film must bear the name of the student(s) and school, the name of the main file , event , topic and group and should be pasted on th cover / case of CD or DVD.
    
    
11. It is not necessary for a team or an individual to participate in all the events.
    
    
12. The entries must reach the Convener of the International Youth Fest through the Principal of the participating institution with a covering letter including the details of all entries, the class and the date of birth of all participants.
    
    
13. The entries once submitted will not be returned and will be the property of the convener.
    
    
14. The organizers will in no way be held responsible for any damage to the entries, the participation certificate or the trophies in transit or postal delay.
    
    
15. The Judge’s decision will be final.
    
    
16. The entries which do not confirm the rules specified for each competition will be disqualified.
    
    
17. Kindly address all correspondence related to International Youth Fest 2010 to the under mentioned address.
    
    
18. No correspondence will be entertained regarding irregularities or cancellation of entries.
