Dear Participants,

A healthy nation is not born unless there prevails a spirit of sportsmanship in society. The essence of true sportsmanship should be mirrored by the entire society and this virtue will not be born if sporting events and activities do not take shape. With the ever changing times sports and games have become a mandatory part of the education process.

In the early 21st century, Twenty 20, a new version of cricket with a much faster, more compressed format, emerged in the world and has become amazingly popular. Twenty20 cricket has resulted in a more 'athletic' and 'explosive' form of cricket.

We at CMS believe that every child is a unique creation of God and has his own hidden potential. With this in view, the 1st International School Cricket Premier League (ISCPL) was organized by City Montessori School , Kanpur Road Campus in 2011. It was for the first time ever an International cricket league for the school students was organized by any school and it is our proud privilege to again organize such a great and highly lovable form of sport in 2013.

The ISCPL's main aim is to 'Catch the Children Young' and to raise the bar in terms of their fitness level, strength, speed, agility. It shall also serve as an international platform for students to explore and showcase their talent in the best possible manner and foster goodwill, unity and better relationship among the schools, teams and nations across the world.

For the last six years, we DREAMT and planned meticulously for the T20 championship. We made it a REALITY in 2011 and now we once again seek your enthusiastic participation in the ISCPL-2013.
