This event is organized by CMS Jopling Road Branch every year on October 15 to celebrate the birthday of Bharat Ratna Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, former President of India who has dedicated his life for the cause of welfare of humanity through scientific innovations. The main objective of organizing IID is to pool creative ideas, where students learn about the importance of knowledge sharing, idea development, idea exchange and skill development. Students have fertile and curious minds and can offer limitless creative ideas. They are a powerful reservoir of vitality which IID seeks to tap so that their thoughts can be highlighted and even put to use for the betterment of humankind. In this event students from classes 6 to 12 from any country of the world send in their innovations which are displayed in a grand programme organized on the occasion.
