Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the 8th International Conference of the Pre-primary and Primary Principals (ICPPP) 2017, to be held from 3rd February to 5th February, 2017 at City Montessori School, WUCC, Lucknow, we invite you to present paper(s) on your outstanding practices.

The theme of this conference is ‘The 21st Century Learner’, which include the following four sub themes:

  • Curriculum for Creative and Critical Thinking
  • Leadership and Collaborative Learning
  • Education for Global Citizenship
  • Blended Learning.

Delegates (School Manager, Director, Board Member, Administrator, Principal, Headmistress or Incharge, etc.) who would like to showcase the good / innovative work being done at their school (relating to our theme or the subthemes) would be given an opportunity to do the same at this conference provided the papers are shortlisted in Round 1 at the ICPPP Secretariat.
If you or your school has been doing something innovative in the field of propagating / strengthening the 'Curriculum for Creative and Critical Thinking’, ‘Leadership and Collaborative Learning’, ‘Education for Global Citizenship’ and /or ‘Blended Learning’ which has positively impacted the Pre-primary or Primary classrooms, we would like to invite you for showcasing the process, implementation and efficacy of the same in the form of a paper presentation. These presentations are expected to focus on the theme or subthemes of the conference.

Round 1: The paper presentations will be scrutinized at the ICPPP secretariat and the shortlisted presenters would be informed in advance to present it at the conference.

Round 2: The shortlisted presentations will be judged by an International Jury at the ICPPP 2017 and the winners will be awarded on 5th February, 2017. The criteria for selection of the draft / synopsis of the presentations are as follows:

  1.  Is it clear, well-structured, logical, understandable and as per the theme of the conference?
  2. How creative and innovative is the idea?
  3. Can one trust the claims of the paper? Evidence based research will be accepted.
  4. Has it had a significant impact on Pre-primary / Primary education in your school in the context of the 21st Century Learner?

The winners will be given an opportunity to do a five minute presentation on the stage just before the award ceremony.
