1. There is no Registration Fees for delegates.

  2. We invite teachers along with the Principal, Director , professional experts, educationist & career counselors.

  3. Rail or Air fare etc. will be borne by the participants / Delegates.

  4. Outstation Participants will be required to provide the organizers with complete travel details in advance, so that arrangements can be made for their boarding , lodging and local transport.

  5. A counter would be set up at the Charbagh Railway Station, Lucknow, for your assistance.

  6. The weather of Lucknow during August is pleasant / Rainy. The average temperature is about 30 degree centigrade.

  7. It will be our pleasure to provide hospitality free of cost to all outstation participants which includes Boarding , Lodging and Transport to and fro from the airport / railway station.

  8. Accommodation will be available on Twin Sharing Basis.

  9. Inspiring sessions of Yoga everyday from 4:30 am to 6:00 am on the adjacent ground under the guidance of the experts from “Swami Ramdev Camp.”

  10. The Venue for Global Tie is World Unity Convention Centre which is a part of a larger complex of CMS Girls Degree College, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road Lucknow. This five storied building has its own kitchen, bedrooms with all modern amenities, elevator, swimming pool, conference halls and an Auditorium to accommodate 3000 people. Communication Centre and Internet café facility will be available. The school is situated in the western part of Lucknow. It is located about 6 km, from the Lucknow Railway Station (also called Charbagh Railway Station) and about 3 km from Lucknow Airport (also called Lucknow Amausi Airport.

  12. A doctor will visit the venue daily and will be on call for the duration of the symposium.

  13. A help desk with efficient officials will be functioning for assistance round the clock.

  14. Certificates of participation will be awarded to each participant.
