First of all, I would like to introduce to you our institution, City Montessori School. The school popularly known as CMS, had a humble beginning 52 years ago in 1959, with merely 5 students on roll, and now it has grown to become the Guinness World Record Holder, for being the largest school by pupils with now over 40,000 students on roll, and the proud recipient of the 2002 UNESCO Prize for Peace Education.

It gives me immense pleasure to extend a cordial invitation to your esteemed Institution to come and be a part of yet another exciting series of competitions and cultural extravaganza in the 11th Geofest International and the National Geography Olympiad. Your participation in this event will let the students know that participation in competitions is a very good means of mutual exchange of knowledge and understanding besides working together for the noble task of protecting our planet from dangers of atmospheric and environmental disasters.

Since its beginning in the year 2002, Geofest has earned the goodwill of many institutions and organizations which are endeavoring to save the planet from man made problems. One such international organization is National Geographic Society, USA. Consequently, this top Geography Society of the world had invited our team as the country's representative to participate in its National Geographic World Championship.

With participation of institutions from all parts of the country, as well as from neighbouring countries, Geofest has emerged as a favourite means of planning to protect the planet Earth. A united effort of all nations of the world will be able to suggest ways to prevent further global warming and climate change. Events during the Olympiad include: Create your Taste (Collage Making), Model Display, Geo-Talk (Debate), Geo Toons (Cartoon Making), Geo-Tech (Web Designing), Quizzing, Voice & Vision (Choreography). Organised by the students and staff of CMS Mahanagar Campus III , the event promises to be a global platform for young minds to contemplate and discuss on environmental issues that affect the entire humanity. We specially invite respected Principals of participating schools and colleges along with their team members as our special guests.
