To help ensure smooth conduct of EXSPO 2008, participants are requested to abide by the rules and regulations listed below:
1. Students will wear complete school uniform for the opening ceremony. The identity card provided by us will be worn at all times other than the competition periods.
2. Identity/participation card will be presented to the participants on arrival.
3. Round-the-clock communication centre will function with telephone services, fax and e-mail facilities.
4. Friends, relatives and outsiders will not be permitted to meet participants during the competition. If necessary, request for the same will have to be made to the chief executive and secretary.
5. Discipline and decorum is to be maintained at all times. The team leader will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team members. Any breach of discipline may lead to disqualification of the team. The organizers may be constrained to request the disqualified team to withdraw from the venue.
6. Rail/air fare will be borne by the participant/institution.
7. Out station teams are requested to abide by the following timings for the convenience of the catering staff.
  a. Bed tea 6.00 am
b. Breakfast 7.30 am to 8.00 am
c. Lunch 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm
d. Tea 3.30 pm
e. Dinner 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm
8. CMS, Lucknow, will be happy to provide complimentary boarding and lodging with free local transport from the railway station/airport to CMS and back from different venues.
9. All the officials officiating at the events are experts and professionals recognized by their respective associations and federations.
10. Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their belongings at all times. The organizers will not entertain any complaints about loss of their valuables.
11. Participants are requested to switch off the lights by 11.00 pm.
12. No participant will be allowed to leave the venue once the events begin. The team leader must be present with the participants during the event and other activities.
13. It is compulsory for the manager and the team coach to attend the meeting on the day of registration.
14. The teams will bring with them their
a. School song (cassette/CD)
b. School flag
15. All the team members (as per registration) must attend all ceremonial activities.
16. No protest will be entertained against the decision of the organizing committee.
17. A medical fitness certificate is required for every participant.
18. Age certificate will be required for all the participants and will have to be produced at the time of registration.
19. Morning Prayer-Assembly will be an integral part. Attending the same is compulsory for all participants.
20. No changes in rules will be entertained after the final entry.
21. School participating in soccer cannot participate in any other event.
