To help ensure the smooth conduct of EXSPO 2010 participants are requested to abide by the rules & regulations listed below-

1. Students will wear complete school uniform for the opening ceremony. Identity card provided by us will be worn at all times.
   
   
2. Identity / participation card will be presented to the participants upon arrival.
   
   
3. Round-the-clock communication centre will function with telephone services, fax and e- mail facilities.
   
   
4. Friends, relatives and outsiders will not be permitted to meet participants during the competition. If necessary, request for the same will have to be made to the Chief Executive and Secretary.
   
   
5. Discipline & decorum is to be maintained at all times. The Team leader will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team members. Any breach of discipline may lead to the disqualification of the team. The organizers may be constrained to request the team to withdraw from the venue for the above in case of breach of discipline.
   
   
6. CMS, Lucknow, will be happy to provide complimentary boarding and lodging with free transport from the station/airport to CMS & back as well as from boarding place to different venues.
   
   
7. No participant will be allowed to leave the venue once the event begins. The team leader must be present with the participants during every event and all other activities.
   
   
8. All the team members (as per registration) must attend all the ceremonial activities.
   
   
9. Proper Sports Kit is compulsory during the event.
   
   
10. No protest will be entertained against the decision of the organizing committee.
    
    
11. A CHILD CAN PARTICIPATE ONLY IN ONE DISCIPLINE AND MAXIMUM TWO EVENTS EXCLUDING RELAY
    
    
12. Team size – Maximum 10+2
    a. 10 players (boys / girls of all categories)
    b. 2 coaches
    c. Head of delegation (responsible for the entire team)
