The event is being organized for students in two categories- Primary and Junior.
a. Primary level competitions are meant for students studying in classes III to V
b. Junior level for students of classes VI to VIII.

Each team comprising 5 primary and 5 junior students will be accompanied by one teacher who will act as the team leader.

We cordially invite all Principals to grace the event. Preference will be given to teams accompanied by their Principals on first come first serve basis

Letter of confirmation enclosed must be duly filled and sent by 30th August 2007, confirming the participation of your institution.

Participating institutions are requested to positively mention their telephone numbers, active and frequently used email addresses and their complete postal address in the LETTER OF CONFIRMATION.

Entry forms must reach the organisers latest by 5th October 2007.

An entry form will be considered valid if it is complete in all respects and is duly forwarded by the Head of the Institution.

Names of the participants will not be changed after the entry form is submitted

Outstation participants will be required to send their complete travel details by 10th October 2007 so that arrangements for their transport to and from the airport/railway station can be made.

All outstation teams must attend the press conference to be held on 21st November, 2007 at 12 noon and so are required to schedule their travel accordingly. travel.

The organizers will provide free accommodation to all out station teams (maximum of 10 participants and one accompanying teacher).

Boarding and lodging will be at our international students’ hostel at CMS, Kanpur Road, Lucknow.

Outstation teams will not be permitted to leave the premises during the competition days.

Outstation participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions at all times during their stay here in Lucknow.

All local teams must register themselves on 21st November 2007 at 3.30 pm at the Registration Counter.

All teams must attend the inaugural ceremony to be held on 21st November 2007 and the prize distribution ceremony on 24th November 2007 at World Unity Convention Centre, CMS, Kanpur Road, Lucknow.

Participating teams should carry their school flags to the inaugural ceremony.

School uniform and Eureka identification badges must be worn for all competitions except footloose.

Team leaders must ensure that punctuality and discipline are maintained at all times.

All teams must adhere to the time schedule and ensure that their presence is acknowledged 20 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

A child will not be allowed to participate in two events being held at the same time.
-
Team leaders must ensure that the teams stay back till the end of all performances, as it will encourage others and instill positive feelings of friendship and respect.

The teams must carry their own articles and requirements for the competitions.

Wake up announcements at 7:00 am and lights out at 10:00 pm everyday will be called out, leaders must ensure that their team members respond to these announcements.

Every morning the day will begin with the assembly, which is compulsorily to be attended by all participants and leaders, as it will confirm their daily attendance.

Facilities available to all outstation participants will include:
1. Round the clock PAID public call booth offering local, STD, ISD and e-mail services.
2. First aid at the venue.
3. Arrangement for washing and ironing of clothes.

Foreign participants must contact the convener immediately upon their arrival in India.
