City Montessori School Community Radio Station (CMS-CRS) @90.4 MHz was launched on July 1, 2005 as campus radio at CMS Inter College 2, Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar, Campus I.
CMS Community radio has two stations: one at CMS Inter College 2, Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar and another at CMS Girl’s Degree College, Kanpur Road, Lucknow which was launched on September 23, 2005.
Both radio stations currently offer 16 hours of broadcast daily with eight hours of original programming and eight hours of repeat. It makes programmes based on the need of rural community people on issues like health, employment, food, nutrition, child labour, women empowerment, family planning, birth control.
