CMS-CRS has won a national award for its community-uplift programme ‘Saathi Haath Badhana’.

In the National Community Radio Awards 2012 instituted by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, CMS-CR, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh was awarded Second Prize in the thematic category for the programme 'Saathi Haath Badhana'. This award was given on February 18, 2012 at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
