RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The team should comprise of 5 participants from the School Section (classes IX & X) & 5 participants from the College Section (classes XI & XII).

2. The team should be accompanied by a teacher incharge who will be the Team Leader.

3. The team should arrive at Lucknow latest by 24th August forenoon.

4. The Registration and Introduction of the participating teams will be held on Friday, 24th August 2007.

5. The teams are requested to carry their respective school flag along with them.

6. There is no Registration Fee for the competition.

7. Boarding and Lodging is free for all the participants and teacher incharges . They will be housed in the CMS International Hostel at the venue.

8. The team can ensure maximum participation keeping in mind that there is no clash of events.

9. The Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held on Monday, 27th August 2007. All the teams are requested to be present during the Prize Distribution Ceremony.

11. All necessary information should be sent positively in advance such as time of arrival, departure etc. so as to ensure adequate arrangements.

12. All enquiries related to the competition should be referred to CMS Station Road between 09:00 am to 03:00 pm on all working days.

13. The following facilities have been made available to the outstation participants:
i. Round the clock public call booth.
ii. First Aid at the venue.
iii. Arrangements for washing and ironing of clothes.
iv. Swimming pool is available for the participating students.

14. No cheerers or extra member who is not participating in any event is permitted from any team.

Note: Round the clock emergency medical facilities are available at all the major hospitals in the city.
 
CODE OF CONDUCT

1. All the team members should be in their proper school uniform with identification badges which will be given to the participants at the time of registration.

2. Team Leaders must ensure that discipline is maintained at all times. Any breach of discipline may lead to the disqualification of the team.

3. The participants or the team leaders will not be allowed to go out with the visitors.

4. No participant will be allowed to leave the auditorium / venue once an event has begun. The team leader must be present with the participants during every event.

5. No friends or outsiders will be allowed to meet the participants or team leaders till the competition is over.
