An Introduction
Celesta International’ is a mega ‘cultural festival’ organized by CMS, Aliganj Campus I, Lucknow, India.

It is pertinent to mention that the need for ‘Celesta International’ was felt when it was realized that modernization is diminishing the traditional forms of culture and art. Therefore it is our duty to preserve our rich cultural heritage for the upcoming generation.

Since its inception, this event has achieved a huge success and witnessed many national and international talents of several schools of different Countries of the World and various States of India.

Celesta International’, a ‘4 day’ ‘Cultural Fiesta’, …

  • plays a pivotal role in promoting rich ‘cultural heritage’ of different parts of the Globe.
  • provides a platform for budding artists to showcase their talents, skills and abilities.
  • offers an excellent opportunity to children to expand their vistas and broaden their horizons so that they work together to develop a combined global culture.
  • aims at preserving our rich culture and tradition by stimulating the minds of children to express, expand the explore the world through a variety of performing Arts such as ‘Music’, ‘Dance’, ‘Drama’ and ‘Painting’ etc.

It is apposite to share that all events, programmes and competitions are held with a spirit of camaraderie and bonhomie among different teams representing different parts of the globe.

Each participating team will comprise 8 students (Max.) accompanied by a ‘Team Leader’ and an accompanist in the ‘XIIth Celesta International’.

The Principals of participating Schools would be our special ‘guests of honour’.

All the competitions are judged by a distinguished ‘Panel of Judges’, comprising renowned artists and eminent experts in their respective fields.

Hospitality including free ‘boarding’, ‘lodging’ and ‘local transportation’ shall be extended by the ‘Organising Team’.
