| Glorious Achievements |

| CMS Station Road established in 1959 by Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi, is the parent of all CMS branches. The branch, which began with only five students on its rolls, is today providing quality education to more than 2480 students right from Montessori to the 10+2 level in Science & Commerce streams. Presently, CMS Station Road is surging ahead under the able guidance of the dynamic Principal Mrs Aruna Gupta. The history of CMS Station Road is replete with outstanding achievements of its students' brilliance. Several students of the branch have got selection in various engineering, medical and professional colleges and many of its luminaries are serving humanity adorning prestigious bureaucratic and responsible positions. |

| Academic Achievements |

| The students proved their mettle in every genre of schooling, earning a name for themselves as well as the Branch throughout the session 2010-2011. Out of 148 students who appeared in ICSE, 19 students got above 90% marks and 10 students secured high second division marks. In the ISC section, 15 students out of 159 secured above 90% marks. It is commendable that each and every child got a first division. The standard of Spoken English also reached an all time high and the students performed well in debates, speeches and education contests at various levels. Pranjal Srivastava of IX D was selected for the NTSE 2010 scholarship. |

| Co-curricular Achievements |

Nimesh of Class X A won the first prize in mega final round of Geofest International organized by CMS Mahanagar Campus III. The top three of the mega final round will now represent India in the international round to be held in Australia in June 2011.
of Pen' organised by CMS Editorial Department, the talents of Utkarsh Srivastava of II D and Avantika Singh of II B were recognized as they were awarded the consolation prize. Four students of the Branch, namely Sundaram Nigam, Meghna Malhotra, Swati Bhatt and Parul Tiwari won the first prize in inter-school collage competition organised by La Matiniere Girls Alumnae Association. |
| Mega event of the Branch, the 15th International Computer Fair and Seminar, COFAS 2010 was held from 12 to 15 September 2010. 48 teams from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, Jordan and various parts of India participated in the seminar with great zeal and enthusiasm. Various competitions like Createk, Softek, Webtek, Brainz, Turncoat, Mathcom, Computer-wizard, Debate, E-Collage, Computer Quiz and Jingles were held in which participants vied with each other to prove their excellence. All the teams presented themselves wonderfully and made the seminar a grand success. |

Students of the Branch also won many prizes at Cofas International 2010. Vaibhav Singh and Atul Kumar, both of Class X A bagged the third prize in the 'Brainz' contest. In 'Mathcom,' Ishita Agarwal and Prateek Kesarwani of XII A secured the third position. The Branch team comprising Ishita Agarwal XII A and Vaibhav Singh, Nikita Agrawal and Shantanu Sinha of X A won the third prize in 'Jingles' contest.

| 23 September 2010 at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium to introduce the new broader model of CMS education required for the 21st Century. |

| The tiny-tots proved their talents in 13 events like 'Colours All Around,' 'Dough Time,' 'Folk Dance,' 'Tearing & Pasting,' 'Collage,' 'Skit,' 'Kid's Quiz,' 'Percussion' etc, making attractive designs with their delicate and nimble fingers and dancing and singing to the delightful tunes. Students of the Branch bagged prizes in various events. Rabqua Ashraf and Shreyash Tiwari of Kindergarten won the consolation prize in collage. In 'Colour Splash' another Kindergarten Mohd Akif (Kindergarten C) won the first prize. A group of 16 students of Kindergarten won the third prize in 'Percussion' and the second prize in 'Skit' competition. |

In the Rhyme & Rhythm a group of 16 Nursery kids won the third prize. Kapil Sundriyal of Montessori D bagged the third prize in 'Dough Time,' Eshaniya Mishra of Montessori C won the consolation prize in 'Fancy Dress.' In 'Colours All Around' the first and third prizes were bagged by Anant Kumar and Alveena of Montessori A. The Nursery children bagged the consolation prize in the 'Folk Dance' as well as 'Aerobics.'
The Queen's Baton of the Commonwealth Games was received and welcomed with great zeal on 9 and 10 July 2010. 72 students along with the Principal, Mrs Aruna Gupta and teachers went to welcome the Queen's Baton on its arrival in Lucknow. The 64th Independence Day was celebrated at the Branch in the true spirit of patriotism. The nationalistic fervour could be seen in the students and teachers alike as lively and inspiring patriotic songs were sung. Principal Mrs Aruna Gupta told the children to hold this feeling of patriotism close to their hearts forever.
Students of XI C engaged themselves in the Tree Plantation activity at 'Shaheed Smarak' in a big way. This gesture proved in no uncertain terms, the deep resolve of our children to save the environment as also their belief in 'GREEN EARTH – SAFE EARTH'. |

| Sports Achievements |

| In the inter-branch badminton tournament held from 12 to 15 July 2010, Hasan Mehndi and Kushagra Saxena of Class VIII D secured the second position. In the doubles match Hasan Mehndi bagged the silver medal amongst the boys. In the girls' category Vertika Agarwal bagged the gold medal in the inter-branch badminton tournament. In the senior category Shailendra Negi of Class XI A bagged the silver medal in the badminton singles, Ajay Kumar Meena of XI C and Aditya Yadav of XI B brought laurels to the Branch by winning the gold medal in the badminton doubles category. In the inter-branch swimming competition organized by Inspection Department, Yash Bajpai of Class VII A bagged the first, second and third prize in 50m butterfly, breast-stroke and freestyle respectively. In the ASISC swimming zonal meet Yash Bajpai won the third prize both in 100m butterfly and breast-stroke. |

In the U.P. State Swimming Championship organized by U.P. State Directorate from 20 to 22 June 2010, Yash Bajpai won the gold medal in 100mt breast-stroke. In the District & Regional Swimming Championship organized by D.I.O.S. Lucknow on 1 September 2010 and U.P. State Swimming Championship held on 13 September 2010, Yash Bajpai won the gold medal in 5m diving. |

| In the inter-branch karate competition organized by CMS RDSO on 27 August 2010, Mohd. Sahil Khan of VIII D won the silver medal. Mohd. Sahil Khan, Mohd. Shahnawaz, Tausif Iqbal, Vipul Singhal and Ulhas Mishra, all won the bronze medal. In the girls category, Azra Khan of VII B, Subi of Class VII, Kajal Singh and Barkha Verma of VIII D and Srishti of VIII A won the third prize while Shireen bagged the gold medal and Nancy, Kajal and Priyanshi Sharma won the silver medal. In the Open District Chess Championship organized between 20 to 22 August 2010 at K. D. Singh Babu Stadium, Shivam Shukla of XII A won the third prize. |

In the Black & White Junior Chess Competition, Shivam Shukla of XII A, Sanjeevani Ratnam of XII B and Riya Kesari of X A secured the first, third and fourth place respectively. In the inter-school chess tournament organized by U.P. Chess Association, Shivam Shukla of XII A won the third prize. In the ASISC Athletic Zonal Meet, Ajay Kumar Meena of XI C bagged the silver medal, both in 100 and 200m while Ankita Khandelwal of XII A won the bronze in 110m race.
In the Inter-Branch Athletic Competition organized between 30 August to 1 September 2010, Yash Bajpai of VII A won the third prize in 1500m race, while Arzoo of Class VIII won the third prize in 200m race. Priya Singh of X B won the first prize in 57kg category District & State Boxing Championship organized by U.P. Boxing Association. She also won the third prize in National Boxing Championship organized between 4 to 8 May 2010 at Chennai under the aegis of the Indian Boxing Federation. |
