Glorious Achievements
CMS Kanpur Road is a garden of talents, flourishing and flowering happily in the able guidance of the dynamic Principal Dr (Mrs) Vineeta Kamran. From pre-primary to primary, junior and senior sections, education is a journey of pleasure leading to knowledge and discovery. The school is well-equipped with well stocked libraries, science and computer laboratories, swimming pool, splash pool, music room, video room, science park and a huge playground. There are also the Quality Circle Academy, the auditorium, international guest house with a modern kitchen and all modern amenities.The school has a strength of 4099 students with classes from pre-primary to degree level. CMS Kanpur Road specializes in Students' Quality Control Circles.
 
Academic Achievements
CMS Kanpur Road was adjudged as the Best ISC Branch in CMS for the academic session 2009-2010. 107 students secured above 90% marks in aggregate in the ICSE and ISC Board Examinations 2009-10. Rishubh Singh, Anuj Agarwal and Shikhar of Class VIII were selected in the NTSE 2009-2010. 119 students were selected in engineering, medical and other professional courses.
 
Co-curricular Achievements
In the Frank Anthony Memorial All India Inter-School Debate Competition (preliminary round) organized by the Council for Indian Council Certificate Examination Pooja Vohra and Nirabhi Sharma won the first prize. A number of ranks were secured by the students in International Olympiad of English Language organized by Educational Society of English Language, New Delhi. In 3rd International Maths Olympiad organized by Science Olympiad Foundation, Rishabh Singh secured the 4th place while Anuj Agarwal secured the 287th position. Rishabh Singh secured the 197th rank in the 9th National Cyber Olympiad and in 12th National Science Olympiad he secured the 39th rank.

Parambika Shukla won the title 'Little Master Blaster' at Master Blaster 2010 organized by the Search Foundation. At Geofest International 2010 organised by CMS Mahanagar Campus III students won prizes in various categories. These included first prize in collage competition by Kuhu Gupta and Aishna and second prize in Geotoons by Vidushi and Ayushi. Ayushi Mehrotra won the second commendation in National Level Geography Olympiad.
Rinni Singh of B.Sc. (ZBC) was awarded Roopa Devi Memorial Gold Medal 2010 by University of Lucknow for securing highest percentage of marks in Botany in B.Sc. final exam. Samriddhi Joshi and Jahnvi won the first prize in reading competition in different categories at Human Rights Day organised by CMS Aliganj II. Vasav Tripathi, Rishabh Singh, Sarthak Jain, Anuj Agarwal, Kesav Prasad and Siddharth Karth secure different places in the inter-branch Elementary Mathematical Olympiad.

Team comprising Ritika Bhatia, Manali Tandon, Arpit Kumar and Ankit Gupta won first prize in powerpoint presentation and third prize in business quiz at Commerce Carnival 2010 organised by Little Flower House, Varanasi.

A 7-member team comprising students Riyaz Ahmed, Vasudev Dhar, Prakhar Srivastava, R. Prawahan and Devashish and teachers Ms Suparna Ghosh and Mrs Amarjeet Sarna attended the 4th International Smiling Child Festival in Turkey organized by “The Spinal Cord Paralytic Society of Turkey.”
A 12-member team comprising Shrey Srivasrava, Samayak Chaudhary, Nishant Yadav, Raghav Tiwari, Osheen Hora, Shivangi Verma, Parul Desmukh, Komal Verma and teachers, Mr Girish Chandra, Ms Chetna Ambedkar, Mrs Sumita Gulati and Mrs Shashi Kanti participated in the 11th International Mathematics Competition organized by INHA University (Incheon) Korea.

A students' team led by Mrs Sumita Bhadoria, Mrs Behari, Mrs Susan Sanjay Itty and Mrs Sujata Sen participated in the ICSQCC meet held at St. Xavier's School, Kathmandu, Nepal from 1 to 3 November 2010. Student members were Jayant, Jasgeet, Tanshika, Shreya, Anamya, Supreet, Siddharth, Tiasha, Siddharth Dubey, Megha, Rudresh, Aman and Mridul.

Computers combine fun with learning for tiny-tots
1st International School Cricket Premier League (ISCPL) was organised by the Branch from 25 -29 January 2011. For the first time ever an event like this was organised by a school with a view to unleash the latent talents of the students in a sport like cricket which is most popular among the masses. New Parent’s Welcome Evening, Annual Function and CISV Mini Camp were organised in which students showcased their talents. Besides, the Campus was also the venue of the biggest international event of CMS, the International Conference of Chief Justices of the World organized from 10 to 14 December 2010.
 
Sports Achievements
Sandeep Kumar Ahirwar won the Gold Medal at the 3rd State Taekwondo Meet organized by Oxford Taekwondo Academy. In the Sub Junior Aquatic Championship organized by UP Swimming at Varanasi, Tiasha Sen won the first prize. In the inter-branch badminton organized by CMS Quality Assurance and Innovation Department (QAID), Khushi Naithani, Ashish Goel, Shubham Agarwal and Tushar Singh won prizes in singles and doubles categories. In the inter-branch football organized by QAID, team comprising Shraddhesh Chandra, Shubhransh Srivastava, Suyash Sachan,Shubham Srivastava, Abhishek Prakash, Ankur Chauhan, Ankur Mishra, Ashish Vinay, Ankit Gupta and Balaji Sunderan, Arpit Shukla, Medhaj Mathur, Akshay Dey and Ankit Arya won the seniors' championship.
In the Karate competition organized by Japan Shotokan Karate Organization, India, Siddharth Nigam won the certificate of proficiency (Yellow Belt). Akshay Dey, Kartikey Pal, Shantanu Mishra, Deepak, Saksham Sharma, Ujjawal Singh, Aman, Shristi Deo, Mallika Arora, Tiasa Sen, Khushi Naithani, Harshita Mishra and Priyanka Lal won prizes in various categories at the inter-branch swimming competition. Shristi Singh, Reema Mahajan, Poorvi Naithani, Pratistha, Somojita Das, Shourya, Gurleen Oberoi, Anoushka Chand,  
Meditation increases our power of concentration
Ankur Chauhan, Mridul Singh, Akhil, Rahul Mohanta, Abhishek Kumar won different prizes in the inter-branch Athletic Meet. In all, girls won 5 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronze medals while 6 gold, 4 silver and one bronze medals were won by the boys of the Branch.
Khushi Naithani, Astha Khare, Titiksha Agnihotri, Mallika Arora, Pratistha Srivastava, Jyotsna Singh, Somojita Singh, Vartika, Abhay Gupta, Medhaj Singh, Swaraj Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Avinash Tiwari and Harshit won different prizes in the inter-branch judo competitions. Junior girls' team of the Branch won girls championship at this event. Jyotsna, Khushi Naithani, Aman Kr. Singh, Arish Pathan, Ayush Agarwal, Tiasha Sen, Udisha Tripathi, Vidushi Bhatt and Tanvi Naithani won prizes in the CMS inter-branch Table Tennis Tournament. Ankur Chauhan, Rahul Mohanta, Reema Mahajan, Anoushka Chauhan, Shristi Singh, Ashish, Swati Singh, Priya Kumari, Mridul Singh, Akshay Yadav, Ayush, Shaurya, Pratistsha, Somojita Das, Akanksha, Akhil, Vidushi Bhatt, Poorvi Naithani, Gurleen Oberoi, Rahul Malhotra, Reema Mahajan and Swati won several prizes in different races, relays and other athletic events like long jumps, javelin throw, shot put etc. held at the Zonal Athletic Meet organised by Colvin Taluqedar College.

Shantanu Mishra, Kartikey Pal, Abhay Dey, Mallika Arora, Vaibhav, Khushi Naithani and Nishalika Singh won many prizes in different categories at the ASISC Regional Swimming Competition organized at CMS, Rajajipuram. Team comprising Akshay, Kartikey Pal, Vaibhav Singh and Shantanu won the second prize in 4x50m freestyle relay.

Ashish, Sudhanshu, Balaji, Akanksha, Swati Singh, Priya Kumari, Shalini, Swati, Priya, Shalini and Akansha won prizes in the Inter-Branch Athletics Meet organised for senior boys and girls at Chowk stadium. The Branch also won the girls' championship with a total of 31 points. Kartikey Pal, Shantanu Mishra and Mallika Arora won many prizes in ASISC Regional Aquatic Championship organized by ASISC at the Campus.

Mallika Arora won prizes in swimming competition organised by La Martiniere Girls' College as well as in the UP School State Swimming Competition 2010 organized by UP schools at K.D. Singh Babu Stadium. She was also the proud participant in the team which won the overall championship in the State in girls category. Mallika and Kartikey Pal were selected to play at National Level at UP ASISC Swimming Meet.

Mridul Singh, Sudhanshu, Akhil, Reema, Ashish, Rahul, Jyotsana, Pratishtha and Ankur won several prizes in various sports at Exspo International 2010 organised by CMS RDSO. Reema Mahajan, Anoushka Chand, Shristi Singh, Swati Singh, Priya Kumari, Akanksha, Ashish Balaji, Sudhanshu, Poorvi Naithani, Rahul Mohonta, Ankur Singh, Akshay and Mridul Singh represent CMS at the state level 14th ASISC UP State Athletics Meet held in Agra. Rahul won the third prize in 200m and Priya won the third prize in 400m and 1500m races. Niharika Jaiswal won the gold medal in 24-26kg category at the 3rd Open State Inter School Taekwondo Championship.
