In Ms Archanaa Pande's magical hands, a dream transforms into reality. She has that magical touch which immediately turns thoughts into action. Her positive and creative approach and spiritual fervour combine to produce the exact recipe for success. It is to her credit that CMS Asharfabad has been organizing International Inter-Faith Conferences so successfully and propagating the message of Oneness of Religion, Oneness of Humanity to the far corners of the globe. Children find in Ms Pande a lively and ready listener and a friend who teaches them the way they want to learn. Kudos to her for making CMS Asharfabad one of the best campuses with talents springing out like the waters in a fountain and creating beauty and loveliness on all sides. We are sure that in Ms Pande's leadership, the Campus will achieve more glory and rise to greater heights of fame and accomplishment.

As every other year, I have crossed another milestone of my career as a Principal. The tiny tots of my campus have acquired new skills of reading and writing. They have shown their calibre in music, dance and dramatics. the primary and junior classes have made tremendous progress in both spoken and written English, computer, creative writing, maths and science. I am justly proud of their mainfold achievements and wish them a bright and healthy future ahead. As usual I believe that faith in God is that power that charges me on and helps me surge to greater heights and new accomplishments.

In my campus I have strengthened the prayer Assembly wherein I consider it as a strong forum to keep the children informed with the day to day happenings around the world. Saturday activities have been my core purpose to enhance in students the enthusiasm to participate in various activities. Besides, Model Class Presentations have been effectively carried out in order to extend to the parents the nature and nourishment that their children are brought up with in the school. I dare say that every child has different parameter. But my diligent self-sacrificing teachers work tirelessly for an overall upliftment of the school.
I sincerely pray to the Almighty that my teachers are empowered with the strength by the means of which our students may do us proud. For me it is never looking back to sing my sorrows to have an onward vision to turn my dream in to a reality. I can see the horizon; Yet I know I can push it further. I thank the management for their help and support and the parents for their all round cooperation.

The International Conference on Inter-Faith Discourse in Multi Religious Communities was organized by our campus in which religious leaders and educationists participated and created a climate of religious good will and harmony. I take the opportunity to thank the CMS management for their inspiration and encouragement and the parents and teachers for their cooperation throughout the year.
