Thank you very much for your invitation
to be the Special Guest at the 3rd International conference
of Chief Justice of the World on Article 51c of the Constitution
of India 96th-8th December 2002) at Lucknow, India.
Unfortunately, I have no possibility to take part in this
Conference. The appointment of the new Head of the Cabinet
of Ministers of Ukraine and changes at the Government caused
the necessity of my presence in Ukraine during nearest weeks.
However, please accept my highest consideration and support.
I strongly believe that the mission of the City Montessori
School to ensure a safe future for children all over the
world wil attract the support of world leaders, responsible
for introducing a set of international laws to ensure peace
in all countries.
