Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you very much for the invitation to
participate in the 3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CHIEF
JUSTICES OF THE WORLD on 6th to 8th December 2002 devoted
to the ARTICLE 51C OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
A safe future for the world's children and the respect
for international law obviously deserves the support of
World Judiciary and Poland appreciate very much the initiative
of CITY MONTESSORI SCHOOL. I would like also to assure you
about my particular attention paid to the request expressed
by CMS and to underline my interest in further co-operation
with India. However, because of my official duties previously
planned, I will not be able to take part in the Conference
in Lucknow.
Wishing you a lot of satisfaction of the Conference, I
remain with the assurance of my highest consideration.
