Dear Mr. Gandhi,

Thank you for your kind invitation to be present as guest of honour at the 3rd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World on Article 51 of the Constitution of India scheduled to be held from 68th December 2002 at Lucknow, India.
I congratulate the City Montessori School for organizing the 3rd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World to ensure a safe future for children all over the world seeking support of world leaders for introducing and enacting a set of international laws.
Unfortunately, your Conference coincides with EidulFitr for which I regret I shall not be able to be present. However, I have nominated Mr. Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, a Judge of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh to represent me at the Conference.

I wish the Conference every success.
