Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Czech Republic

Brno 10 October 2001

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your invitation to the 2nd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World on 23rd December 2001 at Lucknow, India.

Unfortunately, I have to most respectfully decline your invitation, since I am bound by my working programme that has already been planned.

However, please be assured of my highest consideration and support. I strongly believe that the focus of your conference enforceable international law as a means against international terrorism presents very interesting and highly topical issues.

My best wishes for a successful conference.
With best regards,
