My warmest greetings to the honorable participants to the 3rd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World on Article 51( c) of the Constitution of India.

I commend you for fostering this International Conference with the theme, “Enforceable international law is the our Need.” This theme is in consonance with Article 51(c) of the Constitution of India which states that the State shall endeavor to foster respect for international Law. I am certain that this would bolster our collective efforts to ensure that all countries respect, observe and enforce our international laws, renounce war as a means of settling disagreements, and instead, resort to negotiation and diplomacy as a mechanism for peace.

It is my hope that this very significant event would be able to help us achieve international peace and security among all nationals. May this conference remind us of the important role that you play in shaping a more secure and stable world for our children, now and in the future.

Our sustained campaign and eternal vigilance against international terrorism shall help ensure that the world would be a better place to love in. let us all world together in attaining the noble objectives of the International Conference of Chief Justices of the World.

More power and MABUHAY!
