I have the honour o acknowledge receipt of your invitation to attend, as the Special Guest, the 3rd International Conference of Chief Justices of the world on Article 51(c) of the Constitution of India, which will take place on 6th to 8th December 2002, with the theme: “Enforceable international law is the need of the hour”, organized by the City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, India

Please accept the assurance of my appreciation and support for your noble endeavor.

I am very honoured by your invitation;. I request your kind understanding and present my humble apologies. I am eighty years old and unwell, and I regret that I am, therefore unable to go to Lucknow, India.
