Anant Kumar, Minister of Poverty Alleviation

I am happy to know that City Montessori School is organizing the 3rd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World during 06th to 08th December, 2002 at Lucknow. The main issue being deliberated at this Conference is on Article 51(c) of the Consitution of India demanding Right to Safe Future, which is very relevant and required in the current scenario.

Even in the United Nation’s decleration, Rights of the Child, has drawn support maximum number member countries. Every citizens of this country has a responsibility to the next to preserve a balanced and health ecology which has been created by the nature. The concern of the young students expressed in their appeal made on behalf of the entire children of the world, has paved way for an international conference, the deliberation of which will go a long way in finding out various ways and means to safeguard the rights of the human beings for the future.

I congratulate the organizers for international conference and trust that its deliberation will go a long way in framing the future.
