It gives me a great pleasure to extend
my very warm greetings to the students of the Montessori
School of Lucknow for organising a Third International Conference
on Article 51 of the Constitution of India. I applaud the
active role of these children who care about a safe future
for children all over the world. Such conference would greatly
contribute to the mobilization of public support for the
achievement of world peace and disarmament. I express my
best wishes for the success of the Conference.
