The Lucknow Declaration

In order to safeguard the future of world's children, 
we, the participants of the
2nd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World 
on Article 51 of the Constitution of India
from 

Australia, Bangladesh, Burundi, Canada, China, Colombia, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, 
Macedonia, Mauritius, Mozambique, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Peru, 
Rwanda, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Uganda, USA & Zambia

support the call by over 25,000 students of 

City Montessori School, Lucknow, India

issued on behalf of world's two billion children
requesting support for a legally-constituted

World Parliament
for enacting enforceable International Law, as envisaged in
Article 51 of the Constitution of India

so that a 
New International Political and Economic Order
may emerge and the future of world's children, 
born and yet-to-be-born, is thus safeguarded.
